Great service! Respect, courtesy and compassion is witnessed personally and when sitting in the waiting area. Was a patient in 2020-2021 and had to return. Jennifer Okidegbi explains thoroughly the anatomy, the exam results, options of care and makes a priority to answer all questions to establish MY plan of care. The office manager and staff are very professional. I even changed my dad’s pain provider to this clinic, and he is very pleased.

Dr. Jones and NP Jennifer O. Are incredible. The nicest and most understanding 2 people I have ever met. They listen and they get down to the root of your pain and get you the relief you need. Even without having to rely on medication. Which im grateful for. I've had stimulator revision surgery to hip fusion surgery to nerve ablation or just simple injections. Over the years I've Bern coming to him for various things with my body. I highly recommend these two. The staff here are also very nice andits always great to see the same faces. On the surgery side. The anesthesiologist Bo is also a great guy. He talks to you keeping you calm till Dr. Jones arrives. Also. He has kept me fr o m coming out combative the last 2 times which is definitely a plus.

Jennifer Okidegbe was very rude n disrespectful to my husband within minutes on June 14, 2024. He was given the appt to see about trying to get MRI approval for his back, he has osteoporosis. Jennifer requested it in October 2023, but it wasn't till couple months later, my husband received a letter from our insurance denying it, saying there was no medical reason. Jennifer asked my husband about injections, he reminded her that she told him at the last appt that it would not work for him due to back surgery he had. It was agreed to start PT, but at that point, she was fumed! Telling him he was refusing treatment and that she was not putting her staff through that! She was literally mad n said she was going to have manager talk to him instead, grabbed the PT order form, and walked out. Manager Deanndid confirm that Jennifer did say no injections for him. The point is, how she spoke to my husband, very rude and very disrespectful. This will be going to corporate office, and we will be going else where.

My extra ordinary staff Rachel staff member helped me heal. Especially shermica and Nikia God bless you all. I love tou for caring for me with sincere care.

Bonita Jones is amazing every time I go in to see her! She listens to you about the concerns you have , and provides a great treatment plan.

I love the fact that the manager is always on top of everything and she has perfect workers Miss.Deanna is her name if you have any questions or concern, you should all talk to her

Great Experience! Been in a lot pain right side unable to function normally. Dr Jones ordered MRI and my treatment the Best. With Cervical Neck Spine Injection right away pain was suddenly seems like this is what I needed for relief....thank you Pain Center and SURGICAL TEAM GREAT!

Wow!!! I love The Pain Center of Arizona. I have been seeing Dr. JONES AND MS. JENNIFER for years and with their help my back pain so low. I have time to play with my grandkids which before I would just watch them. I am looking forward to the future working with TPC. Before I know it, I will be a new woman!!! Thank you so much, Dr. Jones and Ms. Jennifer!!! I truly love you both!
