The Pain Center - Prescott

AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!! Took over 3 months to get the referral processed, because they lost it. On my second visit I was treated like a first time patient, they had to redo my med history because "some things got unclicked". There was no record of the prescription they had written, or the MRI they ordered or they PT they had started me on. Long story short, the meeting with the doctor was the final point for me. The anger I witnessed because I declined "injections" and the way I told that I required surgery was completely unprofessional, and had total lack compassion or any concern for me as a person. If you don't object to being treated like a piece of meat for them to procedures on this is definitely the place for you.

I have been going to the pain center for many years. Dr.Park takes time to listen to all of your concerns and is very good about coming up with a solution for your pain. Lisa has been in the Prescott office many years and helps so much behind the scenes making sure that prescriptions are getting ordered, questions for the dr. are getting submitted, working the front desk and the list goes on. I don't know what they would do without her. She does the job of 3 people.

I receive several procedures with Dr. Park. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Additionally his staff is curtious and kind as well. I would highly recommend his office for any pain issues. Don't wait, feel great!

First things first. This office does NOT handle office billing, referrals, injection billing, imaging orders or authorizations. They belong to multiple pain centers in AZ and everything has to go through their main hub in Phoenix. It's a corporation and with that comes some tug and pull. They have rules they have to follow. With that said Dr. Park and the two MAs Roxanne and Lisa have been amazing!! They have gone above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. If it weren't for them in the Prescott Office my orders (which kept getting denined) would have never been approved. Dr. Park listened to my pain issues and to the best of his ability has treated me with the utmost care. Co-pays have to be paid at the time of visit per their policy that you sign when you become a patient. I don't understand how everyone thinks they are an exception to the rule. So please stop berating the Prescott staff. They are over worked and understaffed and they still work with a smile on their face and treat you with kindness. These are the only 3 in the office now when there should be 2 Drs, 3 MA and a front office. I know you're in pain but try to be nice to them. Most of these reviews are not their fault. Thank you for all your hard work and care you've give me!!

The staff are wonderful and easy to work with, and Dr. Park is professional, pleasant and has excellent “bedside skills”🤗. Lisa the Office Manager is “ da best”! Both my wife and I are patients and can’t think of a better place to go to for pain issues 👍🏼

The Pain Center in Prescott, Az. Has an outstanding staff and Dr. Jae Parks is amazing I highly recommend The Pain Center.

I have been going to the Prescott clinic several years for cervical and lumbar issues. In that time i have found the ENTIRE staff To be professional and amiable at all times. They always appear in a good mood. Also, The Pain Center offers me a number of options to deal with spinal pain - all the way from spinal Epidurals to minimally invasive surgery. Dr Jae Park is the residing Physician. He is the absolute best. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been at the Prescott location several times for my back issues. The staff there are always friendly & on par with satisfaction 💯 Updated: 2/26/24 Since my first post things have gotten, let’s say “not on par”. Scheduling has been forever, prescription’s not filled on time and the customer service is rude, doesn’t care and in a rush to get you off the phone, never mind your questions or concerns. Janet in scheduling, you ma’am are probably the rudest person I’ve ever talked to! Mouthy & inconsiderate!! 😡
