We had to find another physical therapist for my teenage daughter who just underwent MPFL reconstructive surgery. We were scheduled for 1:00, waited in the waiting area. Only after I got up and asked who we were waiting for were we then told we could go to the back. My daughter just had her stitches removed and was in a lot of pain for some reason. We were to go to see Marie. When one of the staff informed Marie that her 1:00 was here, she scoffed and said, “Just give her to Julia.” The staff then asks Julia to take my daughter and Julia rolls her eyes and says she’s busy. This while my daughter and I are within hearing and seeing distance. I do not want to take my child where she’s a burden and where there’s zero compassion. We of course left. I realize they’re under staffed, but there’s simply no excuse for rudeness and unprofessional behaviors especially when dealing with injured people. I have two stars because we previously had Mike and is GREAT! He pushes you past what you think you can do and still demonstrates compassion and professionalism. (We did get another therapist named Julia also but she was terrific! Not to be mistaken with the younger, rude Julia)

Nice facility, nice group of people, very few parking spaces. May be difficult for the elderly or sick to walk 300ft to the door.

It really depends on the Dr or PA you get. Dr Martin and Dr Smith are great. The support staff are great. The OSM Stat (walk in) was wonderful when I had injured my ankle. I had gone to the hospital walk in and they had to send the X-rays to the a radiologist the next day to read them. And the lost them in the computer. Now, if you get the wrong Dr.... Well, negative stars! I took back my co-pay once!

First 3 visits was treated like gold. But person at desk was pushing me to sign-up for appointments weeks away. 4 th visit was disappointing. Bounced back and forth between two therapist. 4 visit disaster..up to this point therapist came for me. Or desk person sent me back. Today I arrived10 minutes before appointment. 220 minutes after schedule. The desk person inform me. You are supposed to go back at schedule time. My crystalball must not be working. I walked out and canceled all other appointments. It's assembly line medicine

I visited Dr. Sandrowski several times after breaking my wrist. Great overall experience. Everyone was friendly. All three appointments were right on time and quick but not rushed.

Not responsive to my complaints about pain in my elbow. Tried going to their Ortho Stats after hours. Mr. Lopez refused to see me on Oct 6, at 7pm said he was too busy. Called the office 7 times because of my pain the same day was told by Amanda the assistant of Dr. Spak. To make an appointment if I had any questions. Would not recommend this practice.

Ive been here a couple of times, its been a mixed bag - I've found the care for a running injury and a recent fall on the ice was ok. Both doctors I had seemed in a such a rush (maybe that's just the state of health care these days) but they did miss the severity of my ankle sprain. Dr Feldman though, in podiatry, was excellent and Id highly recommend him.

Dr. Girasole was my savior !! I could not have asked for better results from what turned out to be a very difficult spinal surgical procedure. His entire team including Dr Mintz were incredible!! The best part is that I was pain free from the moment I woke up from the operation. This was 4 years ago and I am still feeling great!
