I was sent her for a workers comp and I got Dr. Kabeer. The best Ortho Doctor I have had the pleasure of being his patient. Great personality and listens to his patient! The entire place is clean and full of extremely nice people. Highly recommend. Other patients I saw seemed to be pleased with their care in the several times I've had to go do far. Fast service, never really had to wait when I showed up for my appointments, and everything you need there in one place.

Dr Vyassa has been great when I get to see him but getting to see him is the problem. Been having back problems for months, finally got scheduled for MRI and done. Spent 3 weeks trying to get appt for results calling every day and leaving voicemails. No one ever called back. Had to get my primary care Dr to call them to get a call back. Then wait on insurance to approve injections. This was approved within a week. Now need clearance for asprin suspension from cardiologist, got that done. Now can not get through to schedule appt, left several voicemails and no return calls. Support staff may be the worst experience I've ever had, why have voice mail if you're not going to answer it?

Unbelievable… PA scares us and tells my husband he needs x y z and then leaves to talk to the doctor and comes back and says something completely different for his diagnosis…. Now I have to take my husband back again for a second visit that should have been completed today. Hopefully better experience with doctor second visit coming..

Another medical provider that seems to be going down due to bad management/administration. This time it was upsetting enough to make me leave a review in hopes someone who cares sees it and does something about it, whether that is an owner/manager to try to better processes or a potential customer to consider looking elsewhere. So, here is what happened: The front desk suggested to my wife to schedule a phone appointment with her doctor to check on her ongoing therapy, reassuring her that there would be no charge for it. So, she did. So, the phone appointment happened (all 5 minutes of it). So, she was charged (via insurance and all). So, she called to dispute the charge. So, she was told off by a snotty lady by the name of Dion who seems to believe is very good at her job. Yet, I am getting the feeling she may be the only one who thinks so, since antagonizing a customer who calls to complain about anything is just not customer service. So, I call to try to explain that maybe we should not get charged for something that we were told we wouldn't. So, I was told off again by the same snotty lady: "If the front desk told you that there would be no charge, they were wrong/made a mistake. Yet, appointment happened and you pay." So, at this time I am certain she is the only one who thinks she is really good at her job, unless she is following company policy, which is just evil. So, now you decide if you think you should consider the Orthopedic Institute for... anything really. ... At this point, I am not sure if it matters any, but, on a more positive note, the actual medical service was not all that bad.

This was my third time seeing DrJaffee. Each visit he has been concerned about the care and treatment of my knee pain. He explains and answers questions patiently and in as much detail as is needed. He truly wants to help people feel and function better.

I did not have a good experience at this location. Early 2023, I went to this office because I have been in severe hand pain for a long time. I was excited to finally visit the doctor and handle my pains; after waiting some time to be seen by the doctor, he rushed and talked to me very quickly, as if I was supposed to know and understand everything that he was talking about. The nurse was the one who took the time to explain step by step and to be honest, the nurse was way better than the doctor himself. So much for the compassionate doctor he is, as stated on the company website video. You can be very knowledgeable, and I understand that we all have busy days, but coming in to talk to me for 5 minutes and leave is absurd. Also, I mentioned that I had the same pain on my other hand and what we could do about that. I was told that I would need to make a different appointment to see the other hand, the doctor did not wanna hear anything about the hand I had not made an appointment for (even though it was the same pain 100% equal) Lastly, I was charged $100 extra for something that I cannot remember. I remember having to call them and follow up so I could get a refund. Sadly, it has been over a year and a half since I have seen any doctor about my hand/wrist pain, and it has gotten worse because of that. Having such a bad experience at this location has frightened me from going to the doctor because I feel I won't be treated correctly, nor do I have the confidence that what a doctor will tell me is even trustworthy. I feel like I was just another dollar added to their pockets, that I did not matter. 0/5

After suffering with knee pain for about a week and a half, I decided that I needed to get it checked out. After realizing that this clinic took my insurance, I decided to go to the express clinic. I was expecting it to be a long drawn out affair, but I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Dr. Jaffe was very friendly and attentive and diagnosed my issue quickly after reviewing my x-rays. The treatment plan he recommended seems to be working so far. I would highly recommend Dr. Jaffe and this express clinic.

I had a knee replacement surgery recently at The Orthopedic Institute in Gainesville. Dr. Altbuch and his staff are amazing! When I walked in for my first visit and consultation I knew I made the right choice. The scheduling coordinator made me feel at ease with my decision and had all my instructions mapped out. She answered all my questions. When I checked in with pre-op before my surgery date , I received the same attention. Professional staff, timely and compassionate. The surgical team is second to none! Dr. Altbuch, Dr. Mark, PA Jessie, surgical nurse Ginnie, the 2 nurses taking care of me, along with the surgical tech, Sundee, were the dream team! I encourage anyone considering knee surgery and if you’re wondering what to do , make an appointment with Dr. Altbuch. You will not be disappointed!
