My Dr. Wilson and his nurse were the best and I mean the best. They listened and great bed side manner. He explained everything so I could understand everything that was going on. His nurse she is amazing!!

If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would!!! I had the worst experience with this office, specifically a lady named Kimberly who does office visit call follow ups & a Leigh whom I was told was the Billing Dept Manager!! I was referred to this office by my PCM. I recieevd a call from this office to set up the initial appointment. My information was also verified which included confirmation of insurance coverage & what my copay was going to be. I go to the appointment & days after, I get follow up call saying I had to foot the enitre bill because my insurance did not cover anything! When I asked why I was responsible for the full bill when I had been told by their staff that my insurance had been verified & the visit would be covered, I told me it was my responsibility to verify my coverage and basically, too bad! Aftetrwards I was transferred to Leigh (the manager) of the Billing Dept and she said she would look into this and get back to me within a week or so. NEVER DID! I tried to call back numerous times to speak to a Leigh to follow up on this and nothing. I have note of each call and voicemail left KNOWING I would eventually get a bill from them once my insurance declined the payment to them, and sure enough I got a bill today (7/16/24) for $141.00 after over 2 months of trying and trying and trying to get Leigh on the phone! Even driving to the office did nothing! I will be reporting them to BBB next. This is very bad business! Telling a new customer that the insurance was verfieid and that they are good to come in to later expect them to foot the enitre bill because of their negligence in not actually verifying it!

Dr. Palmer and his team were the best group of people I could imagine to help put my wrist back together! I ride horses for a living, so being injured costs me a lot. Within a few days, Dr. Palmer and the whole team had me in surgery and put all the pieces back together. Here we are two weeks later and everything has gone so smooth, and within a few weeks I’ll be back to working. I couldn’t have imagined it could have worked out this amazing and fast. I’m very thankful for Luke Massey, Lauren Palmer, Abbi Weant, Nicole Burdette, and all the other people that made it possible for Dr. Palmer to put me back together. Their love for God and people goes a long way, and it was such a blessing to be in their care.

Rushed through Nurse complained that l was hurting him but i was the 73 year old with a broken leg No advice for therapy equipment very limited pain medicine Did not seem to care about me as a patient

My dr is Dr. Wilson and he has absolutely been wonderful. The whole staff has from my 1st appt to my post op appt. While in preop I was feeling overwhelmed bc I wasn't expecting surgery especially so soon, I was also having anxiety bc of a very bad experience with a previous surgery years ago that left me fighting for my life in a coma. When Dr Wilson came in to talk with me b4 surgery he noticed my leg shaking, I was biting my lip and had tears rolling down my face. He asked if I was OK I told him no im extremely nervous and then he surprised me by asking if I'd like him to pray with me. I immediately calmed down and felt at eased. Ive never had a dr ask to pray with me. I absolutely love this about him and the whole staff seems to be this way. I started my physical therapy in the clinic last wk and so far its been going great. From the lady at the front desk to the therapists in the back. I would highly recommend this clinic and doctors to anyone

I broke my hand a few months ago and Dr. Dooley did an amazing job with the surgery and my hand healed up great! He and his staff were comforting, kind, and gave me the best experience possible when I was going through all of that. After getting my cast off, I did physical therapy with Mallory Payne. She helped me to gain strength and mobility back in my hand very quickly. I'm now able to do the everyday tasks that I was struggling with. Would recommend the Orthopaedic Clinic to anyone!!

Dr. Palmer is the best. Everyone in the practice is so nice, and they are efficient and helpful when you call the office.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! They made my son feel at ease while going through physical therapy! They also made sure I understood how to best help him at home between sessions!
