The Orthopaedic Center - Physical Therapy

The staff in the back are great but the girl working the desk is not very friendly and has a very bad attitude. I'm having my knee replaced for the second time in a few weeks. The doctor's orders are for me to start therapy on August 15th. I gave her my paperwork and she set my 1st appointment for August 14th. I had to correct her on the date and she acted like she was mad because she had to change the date. Then I ask her if there was anyway someone there could measure my range of motion in my knee before the surgery because I'm having the knee replaced because of my lack of being able to bend it. She said "NO" and if I wanted that done I would have to go back to my doctor and ask him to measure it. I would really like to use TOC but I've decided to go somewhere else only because I know I would have to deal with her for following appointment scheduling.

Second time here to rehab after hip replacement. Very professional. Best PT experience I have ever had in 40 years of rehab experiences.

I cannot say enough about the entire staff at TOC Therapy. I have had therapy there multiple times. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly and I always feel like I am part of their "family". They rejoice in your success! I am thankful for a physical therapy facility like this available in my area. Bethany is an awesome therapist. I can only say thank you so much to her and her staff.

The staff at The Orthopedic Center - Physical Therapy have been wonderful during my therapy time with them. Everyone was friendly, helpful and most of all caring. The facility was clean. Everyone treated you with care and encouragement. If I have to have therapy ever again I will ask to go to Guntersville for my therapy again. Great group of people.

Bethany and her team at TOC Guntersville made my first physical therapy experience a pleasant one. Everyone was knowledgeable about the different types of exercises that was important in order for my shoulder injury to heal. I would recommend the facility to anyone needing treatment in the Marshall County area. Again, thank you Bethany for all you did! I'm better without surgery!

I have been treated exceptionally well by the staff and my therapist, Jennifer, at TOC. They are courteous and helpful. Jennifer is a very qualified therapist and has encouraged me greatly while using the best therpy exercises to improve my wrist movement. I couldn't be more pleased!!!

Bethany Taylor, the physical therapist is patient and knowledgeable. Her compassion helps me want to do all the exercises as she has instructed. The entire staff offers a no stress environment. Great place to recover fully.
