Only good things to say. All the staff is helpful and caring. They listen to concerns and give positive feedback on what to do about your concerns. They encourage me to do my best during my therapy sessions. I have benefited physically and emotionally as I have gone through this journey with the wonderful staff at this TOC location.

Maggie greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. She evaluated my injury with sensitivity to my concerns and seemed thorough in her examination being sensitive of my discomfort in evaluating my range of motion. I was very impressed with her confidence in my treatment and the management of my care. I have had therapy previously with TOC therapists and have confidence in their abilities as professionals to satisfactorily handle my care in a timely manner and helping me return to an active lifestyle.

TOC is top quality in every way! Staff is caring, professional, friendly and they treat you with utmost respect! No one wants to be in pain but “no pain - no gain” when you’re going through PT....so they make it as “pleasant” as it can be! I love all the staff at TOC Winchester location!

After only three therapy sessions I can say that my back and hips are feeling better, which is a great help in strengthening my knee area for a probable knee replacement. My knee still gives me problems, but is slowly strengthening. TOC and Sara have been very easy to work with and are quite understanding of my needs.

The staff is wonderful! They engage you in such a way that you make it through therapy without realizing your time is up! They are very patient and encouraging. With just a month of therapy, my is knee is almost pain free. Give them a try. You won't regret it!

I was very impressed and happy with TOC on Moore’s MIll. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a great physical therapist. I’ve been there for several surgeries but the last was due to an accident. Hailey Williams was my therapist and she understood my condition. She spent time with me, was very patient, and I also enjoyed being there. I’ve been suffering for 4 months until I was finally sent there. Now I’m on the road to recovery

TOC therapy is a great place for rehab. All the personnel there are professional, caring and kind folks that know what they are doing. Competence is evident in all they do, yet with concern for the patient as well. I highly recommend these caring professionals.
