Had an exceptional recovery from full knee replacement at TOC-Decatur. Could not have gotten there without the excellent care from Leslie, Nick, Jake, Ashley and Sung! They pushed me for improvement daily as though I was one of their own family members. Elisa and Kristie also made sure I ended each session with cooling ice treatments. Kudos to a great staff!

TOC Therapy is great. All the therapists were super. They paid attention to what you needed. I would not have improved like I did if it hadn’t been for them. Special thanks to Ashley and Nick. It was very beneficial!

TOC tailored the experience to me. They only kept me coming for visits as long as I needed it and gave me plenty of exercises I can do at home as well. I went from pain that kept me unable to go about my daily life to just a minor annoyance that will easily go away with the at home exercises before my followup. I'm grateful for all of the therapists I have worked with along the way.

Urgent Care TOC Decatur, unprofessional, I walked in at 110 pm Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Empty lobby. White older female on left side of the counter using her cell phone several minutes before she even associated with me. She stated " are you here to see someone " I let her know yes , I was advised by TOC in Huntsville since the earliest they could get me in was Monday December 2nd to go to TOC urgent care since I was in so much pain. She proceeds to say she had to go ask if I was alloud to see the doctor. Is this office clerk making the decisions? Wow, let's say this was not my 1st experience with this lady at this location. 7 months ago with just over 2 hours till they closed I walked in with a broken hand , she said they had no more appointments, again place was empty.

The PT part of this TOC clinic was phenomenal. Each therapist was very knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure I had all exercises printed out to take with me and made sure I was confident and comfortable doing them. Thank you Sung, Jake and EG for helping me get back to where I need to be

Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and they know what they're doing to help reduce your pain and increase ypur muscle flexibility. Went in for muscle pain in mid back, pain went from 9-10 on first appointment down to 1-2 by the last appointment. Would recommend them highly for muscle and joint pain.

TOC is great! All the therapist were encouraging and paid attention to my needs, while continuing to push me to get better. If I ever have to do Physical Therapy again (I hope I don’t) it will be at a TOC facility.

These therapists and other staff have been absolutely amazing! The Decatur Alabama group rocks! Hope I ever need therapy again, but if I do I will definitely return to this facility!
