Dr. Heather Rader was very professional, personable and thorough during my first visit with her. She provided a lot of valuable education, addressed all my concerns, explained her plan for future visits and provided me with an individualized home exercise program. Looking forward to working with her to prepare for delivery of my first baby in November!

This clinic has a very relaxing and inviting setting. Dr. Heather Rader was extremely professional, listened attentively and asked many questions in order to diagnosis an ongoing issue I’ve been having. The exam was thorough and never felt rushed. She explained what was going on and offered visual materials to help me understand. Recommend highly.

I had a surgery 10 years ago removing a Bartholin's gland. I didn't quite understand why it still felt sensitive until Dr. Heather Rader explained it to me. She showed me how this gland was wrapped in my pelvic floor muscles and its location was close to my 'sit bones.' Now I understand why, after sitting for long periods of time, some of these pelvic floor muscles start to spasm. I've learned a lot about this pain from just my first visit. After a month and a half of working with her, my issues from pain are gone and I feel empowered knowing how to maintain the work at home myself. I wish I had known about this wonderful profession earlier.

Dr. R was amazing. She’s very knowledgeable, and cultivates a very kind and empathetic environment. She’s very relatable, which helps out you at ease and feel comfortable. Especially since it’s about your lady parts! Lol. I highly recommend. I found her searching online and am so glad I did!
