The Mission Medical Clinic

My mom sugar when up she been in a lot of pain she told her doctors at Mission Medical Clinic her ear been hurting and that she needs her medication inclen I even call the doctors office we all did all those lazy nurse lie say they send it in and nothing they always do that so she ended in the hospital cause they couldn't attend her the right way this all could of been prevented if they would of gave her incelin and treated her ear infection now everything got worser and she in icu at California Hospital Medical Center I just hope they helping her ther she sleeping right now just really week her sugar when up to 800 Doctors are good herebut nurse are lazy and don't want to do the job they just want to be looking in the mirror every time my mom wants to make appt they always schedule her a month later or they rescheduled her we call all the time so they can prescribe her medication and they say they do but they don't until my ends up in the hospital the y do it

I live in Las Vegas Nevada I need a letter showing my mother diagnosis i had an old diagnosis of her memory loss so basically I was asking for an update letter I request it a week earlier they promised they will the letter ready in a week I don’t understand that the draft of a 3 sentence text takes a week in any case I travel to California to pick the letter and at my arrival the document still is not ready the staff at the clinic seems out of touch with the patients urgency in this situation I need to return to Nevada ASAP and now they are keeping me waiting at waiting room until someone decide to write the letter the manager is angry because the extra 20 minutes that he needs to expend writing a 3 sentence letter poor customer service and no empathy for his patients

Lo peor de asistencia tengo 2 días llamandobporq my hijo tiene COVID y me disen que me regresará el doctor la llamada y nada que me ablan no se ni porq existen estas clínicas si no sirven más que para tener ala gente horas y horas en los cuartos no la recomiendo para nada lo peor que puede aver
