They broke my grandmother's teeth and threw away her phone. This place is the worst do not put any family members here! My aunt shouldn't even have replaced the phone they threw away and my grandma shouldn't be without any teeth cause of them breaking it.

They accepted my mother from another facility knowing she had dementia. When the other facility arrived with my mom she refused entry because she wasn’t really aware of what was going on, the manager rejected my mother then proceeded to have a complete attitude when my mom wanted to apologize and rejected her with out discharging her with orders and then proceeded to tell me they don’t have the staff to deal with this kind of situation. I would not recommend this place at all it doesn’t matter what new management these caring facilities get they all end up mistreating your loved ones and this place is always under new management because of the lawsuits they face because their staff is ignorant.

The staff here is wonderful. The DON Joanna is amazing to work with. I love coming in to do my marketing at this facility. They always greet me with open arms and the resident care is amazing. I’d highly recommend this facility for a loved one.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. The place is absolutely FILTHY. I visited my friend today to find BLEEDING SORES on his arms that weren't dressed. There were bugs on his bed. His room, and the entire facility was disgusting and reaked of urine. I was banned for documenting, despite the laws being CLEAR that it is LEGAL to take photos and videos in the facility (even if you around other residents) for that purpose.

I've had family members at the Loft and must say in the beginning myself and members of our family were very torn about leaving our loved ones, but we were reassured by the nurses and the compassionate, hard working CNA's who took care of them daily.

My sister was at this place for therapy. Most of the time when she buzzed for a nurse it sometimes took an hour sometimes longer..she was to have assistance to bathroom an to sit in wheelchair for her meals but put back to bed after,,.she was left in a wheelchair for 12 hours one day..her name was in her clothes she had there but was missing clothes when she went home..the loft sent my sister by ambulance to go to hospital for blood work one evening,,when finished there was no way for her to get back to the loft an the hospital couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at the loft,my sister had to stay over night at hospital and she hadn't even had dinner......theres more but I don't think you want a book.....
