The First Lady maybe a tech or nurse was great, very nice and considerate. The physician was not a nice lady. She was rude and cold. We came only for a sports physical and received attitude. We will find a different place next time.

Came once and got a vaccination and had a great experience. However, this time I waited an hour past my appointment time only to be told they wouldn’t prescribe me narcotics, that is not why I was there, I was hoping for a referral if they thought something was wrong so I could get whatever it may be fixed. Not pain medication. I am young and active and don’t want to hurt myself worse if it had been a strain or even a break. They were condescending and told me I needed an over the counter medication that had nothing to do with my concerns. No referral or treatment. They acted like it was dumb of me to go there because they don’t have an X-ray machine- I didn’t expect them to, I thought it was their place to refer me. I will not be going back.

Don’t come here they can’t do everything a Primary doctor does. First the impression of the assistant she was rude didn’t care about anything but “ do you have the money” while having an attitude . You’re technically paying to sit on chair and they tell you we can’t do anything here. The doctor there Kayla also seemed rude , I have been to different doctors before but this time you just felt they don’t care about you but your money.

I would not use them for a sports physical. They took my money and then said we needed to go see another doctor. I told them we could not see another doctor that's what we came here! Then I wanted a receipt and they said i could get that on the portal but of course it's not working!

My experience here today was terrible. I simply came in to get a sports physical but experienced attitude and rude behaviors from both Kayla and the assistant. I didn’t bring in some paperwork because I thought it wasn’t necessary. I was alarmed and upset when Kayla acted like I was dumb and was very rude towards me. I was very kind and respectful to both individuals, but was met with unannounced, disrespectful behavior. I would not recommend coming here, even for something simple like a physical.

I was treated today at The Little Clinic in Colorado Springs and cannot give this place high enough reviews. It is the third time I have been in there in the last few years. First, they are nice. Nice matters. They listen and focus hugely on the problem. I was seen by Gina for something a bit unusual and she just took over and went to work on the treatment. She was very thorough and very pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I have been in there for upper respiratory flus in the past and everything they do for me has worked. They are efficient and kind. I would go to them for just about anything. C. Magnuson

My boyfriend had an extremely painful eye issue. They weren’t able to give him any prescriptions that he needed and we had to pay out of pocket as we don’t currently have insurance. We scraped together the $99 that they charge and it was a complete waste of money. Now we have to go to urgent care and spend another $130. I wish we would have known ahead of time that they can’t prescribe medications needed to treat health issues. We would have put our money towards an urgent care visit that can actually address medical concerns. American healthcare at its finest!!

KAYLA She is the nurse who cared for my wife. I don't know if she has a degree in medicine or I don't know how she got her degree. She is very aggressive. They should fire her. She is the least professional person I have ever seen.
