The Lakes of Clermont Health and Rehabilitation Center

Overall the place is great! The service is great, they bring him food on time, and the therapy is amazing!! Me and my wife were amazed by this amazing place. This is the place I consider for healing for elderly people! but the odors were a little powerful, after the last visit the odors were gone great improvement BRAVO!!!

Beautiful facility. Great environment. Decor bright and cheery. One things we were visiting a friend arrive approximately 11:40am. We asked about getting lunch so we could share lunch with our friend, we were told we had to order by 10am. We did not know we had to order ahead. Other facilities I have been to have either a sandwich menu or the selection of the day for patients. If someone is traveling and stop for a visit….wiyhout advance notice.. there should be something the visitor can get at meal time without advance notice. Thank you

My mother is currently staying at this family. I am most impressed with what I have seen. It is a beauty facility. My mother likes it too. She says that she has been treated very well, with staff members being very kind and caring. She also likes the food..

I love that I can bring my dogs. All the residents really enjoy them and my dogs have a blast entertaining and visiting everyone

The young girl at the front desk is a sweet heart. My dad was there late last year. The staff does not respond quickly to the call button. He was suffering from low blood sugar and he asked for something to drink. No one came back for a while. When they did they found him lethargic, resulting in him heading back to the ER. Be better.

The staff took very good care of my mom during her 2 week stay. She had progressive therapy, good meal choices, attentive caregivers.

Came to visit my Aunt. The facility is very nice and faculty ROCK! I gave 4 stars because there is no place inside here for visitors to purchase drink or food. And it was stuffy inside, I was actually sweating a little. AC needs to be on full blast.

My mother in law had to go to Rehab after a fall and a broken nose. She was very weak, so the rehab was necessary for her to regain her strength. My husband and I visit her daily and are welcomed at the front desk warmly. The nurses are taking great care of her which is so comforting to us. She is happy with the food and the care and is slowly getting stronger. This facility is very clean and well staffed. We are happy she was sent there to get better.
