The walk-in convenience is a great selling point! The paperwork is a bit much but I understand. My low back was really bothering me even with just getting out of a chair and I wasn't sure where to go to be seen for a quick adjustment. My expectation was more "hands- on/ body cracking" but due to my issue the low back that is where the focus was for treatment. My 19yo son tagged along and we agreed for him to try this. He received more of a general adjustment. He's played multiple sports including tackle football. He felt better after. Upon leaving I was able to raise myself easier with mild back discomfortfrom sitting position minutes after, so overall there was an improvement. At exit if you want to remain a patient to be seen regularly all the paperwork is provided along with an explanation of your options before signing up for any type of plan/ service you would care to receive. The instructions are included within these documents on what to do if you change your living location and or need to opt out. Upon exit I opted for the 4 visit monthly plan to start with. Thanks Dr.David

It was my first time comming back to a Joint chiropractor after I had a bad experience at the other location. I was scared that I would feel worse after again but I felt much better and felt more comfortable with this doctor enough to know id want to return again and thats what made me sign up because I have been looking for a new affordable chiropractor so this is perfect!

I’m extremely displeased with the service I received at this location. Generally, I love the convenience of The Joint. So one of the girls at the counter offered a membership plan that sounded great for my busy lifestyle. She said it was a monthly plan that I could “pause” at any time. Turns out she sold me the wrong plan that doesn’t allow breaks. I tried canceling over the phone and was told I have to come in in person to do that. I no longer live in Whittier and don’t have the time to drive over there to cancel a membership I was misinformed about. Overall disappointed that the staff is not willing to help fix this issue which makes it clear that the monthly charge is more important to them than the customer’s business. Update: I went to a location close to my new home as instructed by Whittier staff only to find out that the consent form to cancel could have been emailed to me, even though I was told it wasn’t possible. The employees at this location need overall better eduction on company protocols.

As a young mom of 4 kids I was feeling very tight in my back and neck. This location was so helpful over the phone with explaining how the process works. They do walk ins and filling out the new patient paperwork was a breeze. The front desk was very helpful and nice. I was seen pretty much right away and the Dr assessed my needs suggested a plan, then continued to the treatment. It was painless and I felt like I was walking on clouds immediately after. Had the best night of my sleep in literally years. I came in a second time and love how I’m treated like family. I overhear the Dr talking to his patients and I love how he has a relationship with each patient. I highly recommend this location.

I am so grateful to have this chiropractic care! Dr David is the best and makes me feel safe and comfortable. The front desk support is always friendly and helpful too. My back and overall health have improved with the care I receive at the Joint!

The doctor was great! One of the better I have seen at this office. The young lady up front was not friendly at all and cost you a potential new customer unfortunately. Last, your system prevents your customers from giving fair feedback. If they have a negative experience and press 1 there is not way to inform you. They only get to answer a few generic experience questions and no place to share there less than great experience. However if they hit 5 as I did here now they are giving a voice to share great experiences. This encourages feedback for positive visits but prevents you or your customers from sharing their actual experiences and demonstrates that your interest in hearing feedback is not authentic and simply used as a vehicle to advertise. You should allow actual feedback from customers and encourage so that you can improve the customer experience.

SUPER INCONVENIENT. Were on their plan which honestly is a pretty cool thing their trying to do as far as affordability for patients for Chiropractor appointments but in order to cancel your membership apparently you have to go into the office you signed up at physically and fill out paper work. So in the mean time if your busy and don't get the chance they're going to keep billing you regardless and the lady is super rude if it comes to asking about a refund even if the billing cycle just happened. Great way to loose future business not very happy with the over all operation and customer service.

Came in because my neck was hurting. The pain was so bad I couldn't even turn my head. After just my first adjustment I felt 50% better. The chiropractor was very friendly and asked lots of questions. He made me feel confortable and was very thorough. I bought the monthly package which is a great deal. I cannot wait for my next adjustment.
