I arrived in pain, looking for relief. Two chiropractors and the front desk attendant were at the desk, eager to have me sign a lengthy contract before service. I experienced some relief on my first visit. My second visit was with a different chiropractor and he was too rough. It made things worse. I let the front desk know and she put it on my chart not to work with him. I gave it one more try with the first chiropractor I saw, who was more gentle. This was simply not a good fit for me. I returned in person, as is policy, to cancel my membership I still have to pay for another month because that is the contract I agreed to and signed. That is my responsibility. In my opinion, a better practice helps if and when they can. There is no obligation to sign a contract that puts a noose on your resources into the future with obligation to pay for services not rendered and that were not helpful to you. Flexibility and willingness to work with trust in people, not contracts, makes for better understanding and human relations.

Dr Dan was great! I had my back suddenly go out and found this place at 6 pm an hour before they closed. They got me in and registered and seen. Dr Dan was honest and gave me a great adjustment which I've had 100's in my life and went back a second day and took care of me again. Will definitely come back if I'm ever in these parts again. Jenna at the front desk was great as well.

My first visit and I was impressed with Dr Sutter and the clinic. The process for intake was very detailed and my first adjustment took away a lot of the symptoms and his advice going forward should help me gain full range of motion.

I literally could not get up, sit up, or walk without pain. After filling out new patient paperwork, I was seen almost immediately and they asked health questions for the consultation, then got adjusted. I have been 3 times in the past 2 days and I am considerably better. Still in pain, but instead of an 8, I'm at a 5.

I had great care. Love how many locations there are! And it was great to be taken on a walking bases first time with my schedule. Highly recommend!
