The Joint Chiropractic

Dr. Harrell and Wilson are both great. Their demeanor and bedside manner speaks for them. I’ve had a great experience as well as outcome from my visits to them. I highly recommend them to anyone that has to deal with pain on a daily basis. I’m not a physician and I can’t/don’t speak for any physicians but see if you can get a referral to see a chiropractor and if your doctor refers you Consider The Joint Chiropractic East Montgomery.

First let me say I have not been seen here, however wanted to write this review to let others know who are considering— if you are over 300 pounds you can NOT be seen at this location. Their table doesn’t support any weight 300 and over. But the ladies seem very nice. Would’ve loved to give them a try but will be going elsewhere.

This was my first experience & The Joint Chiropractic and I must say I just appreciate the customer service. My appointment was at 12:00 I arrived at 10 and asked could I be seen, they made it very easy for me to check in and also to get me to the back to be seen. Never the less the time was perfect and the staff was very understanding. I’m glad I chose this practice because most places don’t accept walk ins and they accepted me with no hesitation. We need more facilities like this.

Very impressed with this clinic! The providers are great and I leave feeling so much better after an adjustment. Love that it’s walk in but be prepared for a bit of a wait if you’re going at a busy part of the day.

Great service I have to admit I was a little reluctant to try this just due to the fear of thinking this was a ruse or scam but overall the team is very friendly they put my mind at ease quickly and reassured me that I was going to be ok and I was doing it for the right reasons. Dr Wilson was very informative of the reason for my visits and gave me tips on what could be causing me so much pain throughout my body after my session I can say with full confidence that it is a necessity that you check your alignment as adult because the pain disappeared within minutes and I have never felt better

I was driving through Montgomery and stopped at The Joint. The staff and the Chiropractor were excellent and She adjusted me to my liking. I will say she takes her time hence the longer than usual wait compared to my home clinic, but I was impressed with her interactions with the other customers. They helped my daughter pause her sessions when she goes out of the country for Christmas. The only negative comment was the bathroom was very dirty and had a black ring in the toilet and the sink was also dirty. I was a bit surprised as this is a medical facility. I would go back but I would not use the restroom.

This was my first visit to a chiropractor! I must say from the time I step foot in the door they were very welcoming. I can’t remember the girl at the front desk name but she was awesome big thanks to her because she could tell I was nervous. Once I got to the back Charlene was very gentle she went over everything with me and made sure I understood all of the information she was telling me. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

The doctors are nice but the complete lack of privacy and the long waits are unacceptable. You should not allow patients to wait in the same area where other patients are being adjusted. First off it's just weird. And second I shouldn't have to let other people hear about my pain issues. Seriously they're like 15 feet away from me. Walk in services is a great thing to have access to, but every time I've come in I've had to wait 30 to 45 minutes before it's my go. I'd much rather have a dedicated appointment time, which is available but then you're still waiting behind all the walk ins.
