The front lady kept us waiting and let other people go ahead to do the adjustment even we got an appointment set up. We finished the paperwork and got to the place ahead of time. I think it is important to respect people’s schedules and be aware the meaning of appointment. We will never return to this place.

Lauren, the front desk receptionist is always super sweet. My neck has felt much less stiff over the month I’ve been coming here. Dr. Cortez is a fast and receptive chiro.

I am very pleased with the service I’m receiving. Dr. C has been helping me with my lower back injury. My back feels a lot better since I began treatment. Dr. C does a great job ensuring I’m doing what I need to do in order for my back to heal. He has given me tips that I can implement when working out to avoid re-injuring my lower back. He is also always asking if new concerns have come up. I appreciate the support with my recovery.

Front desk lady with long hair, heavy set needs a new job. You were not only rude and condescending, unwelcoming but are very unprofessional in providing services. You denied services to two new patients that were referred to your office due to a language barrier. You were quick to send them to the Rosemead location even though they had someone who could translate for them. Hope your providers take note. You definitely don’t deserve our business.

Was in a tough spot as my normal pt was out of town and was in a lot of pain. I'm usually wary of seeing new drs as I've been working on my stuff for a long time and struggled to find solutions with other places in the past. I'm glad to be surprised. From front desk to the dr great customer service. The doctor that was in today helped a ton. I walked out a little sore but, in general, pain-free. 10/10 would go again.

I don't know who I saw yesterday, but the adjustment was way too aggressive and today my neck is sore. I have some medical conditions which means I run the risk of having a side effect like this lasting for weeks. The doctor should check up on this in the patient's records before the adjustments begin.

Staff was friendly. Everything was standard. However,I’m not sure if I want to return. Specifically this location has a really overwhelming smelling glade plug in. The first time I went in, I had to step out because it made me feel nauseated. The second time I left feeling light headed with nausea and an upset stomach. I know I’m not the only one. I’ve heard other customers complain about the same thing.

The staff is always so polite and very courteous and so is the receptionist! Every time I come around with my friends and with some back pain they amaze me every single time and they never disappoint! I feel unbelievably better afterwards!! Absolutely amazing work from them always! 😊👍🏾
