Absolutely love this place. The staff and drs are all so nice and friendly. I love the convenience of being able to be in and out so quickly. They have gotten my neck and back in such better shape. Highly recommend this place.

I love Dr. Michelle, three weeks ago I woke up with some discomfort in my back the feeling turned in a week into unbearable pain in my hip, with full loss of function in my right leg. I was in so much pain!!! No prior symptoms or major incidents and here I am can not walk!!! I called half a dozen places and nobody could take me in in Friday morning without an appointment. I recall sitting in my car sobbing, after yet another place told me I can not come in. I cried because I was in pain and desperate to get any help. Weld chiropractor told me maybe Joint can help. I drove straight here, got signed up, it was quite quick and i got with Dr. Michelle, she was kind, listened well, spent at least half an hour with me. I came home feeling about the same, that night I honestly was quite sick and had to take some pain meds. The morning after my first adjustment 90% of all my symptoms was gone. Not kidding!!!!! That morning, I got in a car and left to my vacation in Cody. The same evening a day after my adjustment my body was 95% better. The next morning I left to go hiking and spent 12 hours hiking with no symptoms at all in Yellowstone. Came to hotel, took magnesium, hot bath, and slept like never before. Next day, I hiked for 14 hours! It has been 3 weeks. I have no symptoms and come here 2 times per week to maintain my body. I love the convenience and ease of the membership, it is simple to follow, affordable and I always feel better! Thank you. Saved my hip, and my vacation. Love you guys. Highly recommend. By the way, I figured I paid for two months, 11 visits, $190. Amazing value! This is my cousin in her first visit. She loved it too

I tried to get Help here. The girl at the front would not help me at all. I am blind and in very much pain and ask repeatedly for help filling out paperwork and she would not assist me at all. After 25 minutes of trying to fill out things, I could not see I told her I needed to leave and go find someone who was helpful and left this place, I do not recommend this place at ALL. I would rate it a zero. I wasn’t asking for healthcare worker I was asking for some common courtesy, but here it’s not too common ..your excuses for not trying to help Customers is excusable like I said, I highly do not recommend this, place especially if you’re of the older generation, and you expect common courtesy. I wish you were so quick to help me as you were to reply to my review

We’ll I attempted to do a “walk in” as advertised. I walked in at 420pm I was immediately told that I wouldn’t be able to be helped today . I was told 3 times that it’s because they would be closing @5pm . I had a few question but kept getting interrupted and told “well yea we close at 5 pm” which I obviously knew since it was mentioned to me 3 times already . What I wanted to know was info so that in the future when needing an adjustment I would know when the walk in’s are no longer except to avoid this situation but the young lady seemed very eager to not offer a bit of helpful info as tho the business is in NO NEED OF NEW CLIENTS. Or maybe had a very important date at 5:01pm this day . On another note they seemed so busy one of the techs was in lobby’s view playing a little kick ball…

I am updating this review, because I failed to communicate with the people providing my care. After speaking with Dr. Michelle about my concerns, I was able to talk with the various doctors and set up a schedule to see the doctors that I am most comfortable seeing. 10/10 I would give this location 5 stars, however, it seems that several of the newer doctors are not vetted or providing the same level of care as the others. I went in today with a horrific migraine, saw who was working today and promptly left. They are friendly, but certain doctors do not take the time to know your body and work with you and it shows.

The "adjustment" was just cracking and popping and nothing specific to me and my specific issue. Many areas were cracked that did not need to be. Luckily I kept my appintment with my experienced chiro for the next day who actually gave me a proper adjustment. This may work for people who have no chiropractic experience but not those who get regularly adjusted and are doing it for wellness/ preventative care.

This place is amazing with the most amazing Doctors, my back feels so much better.!!! Dr.Nikki is TOP NOTCH !! I’m sleeping better eating better. My posture is better. Everything is better … but what really makes the Joint in Greeley exceptional… is Madelyn!!!!! Customer service is so important and Madelyn makes you feel like a VIP!!!

Dr. Michelle performed the single best adjustment I’ve ever had. I was not able to bend down to do a deadlift. After the adjustment, my movement came back immediately. Dr. Michelle ensured that I was able to do a deadlift before she let me go.
