I want to express my deepest gratitude for all personals working at Jackson Clinics located at Skyline, Falls Church, VA. The service I have revved, will stay as a live time great memory with me. I am a patient with neurological physical conditions and was under treatment for sometimes. I would like to share my opinions about individuals who works in this clinic and provides the best customer service like (Michel Rosales the patient care coordinator and Michelle Martinez the patient care manager) both are very friendly, helpful and clear communicative and professional. Special thanks to Raven Jefferson PT, DPT and Lesly King the exercise specialist who worked on daily base with me, really helped me to manage pain, improve movement and keep from getting worse. Especially Raven Jefferson who with patience and curiosity every time listened to me asked questions then advised me what to do next which shows that she really cares about her patients and I really appreciate. Also, I like mention two more staff members, Shasta Irick PTA and Elizabeth Short the exercise specialist who were working with me in the beginning after I started the therapy. Both were friendly and skilled professionals. Over all I appreciate all of them for helping me get benefits of therapy which included reducing pain, get better sleep, less stress, and increased happiness and making a difference. I highly recommend to others. Best Regards

The staff at Skyline are fantastic! From my first appointment and overview with Sara, through my last appointment today, I had nothing but a positive experience. Sara listened to what problems I was having after breast cancer surgery and created a program that focused on getting my range and strength back! She and the trainers that worked with me (mostly Beth, and sometimes Lesley) made the time pass quickly while also challenging and making progress. Everyone there took great care of me and made me feel great while doing my workouts! Highly recommend Sara, Beth and Lesley, and the rest of the staff!

I loved my experience at Jackson Clinic, Raven is the absolute best. I came for burning pain in my hip and pain in my glute, then Raven adjusted my exercises to support my changing body in early pregnancy which was very helpful and I will continue to use all the exercises I learned post discharge. The team at Skyline Jackson clinic was such a joy to work with, Raven put me at ease and cheered up my day and I always enjoyed our conversation. Leslie was the athletic trainer I worked with and she was cheerful and quick to help. Michelle at the front desk always had a smile and between all of them we shared a lot of laughter! I would walk out of my PT appointments with a smile on my face every time. Thank you ladies for being such great support, I for sure will be back when I need PT again!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer more than a year ago, and treatment took a heavy toll on my body and spirit. Towards the end of my treatment I was able to get a referral to physical therapy to repair the damage done by chemo, surgery and radiation. When I walked in to the Jackson Clinics Skyline for my first appointment with Dr. Sara Acheson, I was demoralized, in constant pain, and extremely fatigued. Every time I went in for an appointment with one of my providers, I would cry. So after meeting her, I told her "I'm going to cry when I tell you about my history," and she said it was OK and passed me a box of tissues. After hearing me out, she told me that she was going to help me, and then proceeded to explain exactly how my treatment had affected my body and what we were going to do—together—to fix it. That was the last appointment at which I cried. I've been seeing her twice a week for more than two months now, and my energy is improving, my pain has diminished by 75%, and most importantly, I have a positive attitude about my recovery and my ability to control it. We start each appointment with 20ish minutes of massage on my scar tissue, which helps to alleviate the pain and loosen the tightness caused by radiation. Then I work with a trainer for an hour or so to do stretches and strength training. It's very effective! When I see my cancer treatment providers for follow-up, not only do I not cry, but they all comment on the change in my mood and my outlook. This is 100% due to Dr. Sara and the excellent trainers who work with her—I've had the privilege of working with Beth, Lesley, Danielle and Shasta, and they're all great. I should also add that I drive 25 minutes each way to see them. I haven't considered switching to a closer location because it's worth it.

I visited Jackson Clinics for six months to rehab from a stubborn broken ankle and strengthen my core. Raven, my PT, and Leslie and Shasta, my trainers worked to bring me all the way back to running, walking and golfing. Their care was expert and compassionate. And fun! Thank you for everything!

Excellent experience. Fantastic therapists & staff. Expert instruction and advice during all stages of therapy. They also are terrific listeners. I can’t say enough good things about those whom I worked with personally and everyone else I was involved with during my therapy. I went to Skyline location and I’ve heard praise for other locations in DC metro area.

Terrible place!! Really bad experiences, I received PT in the past at Tyson Corner in 2017 to 2019 and there was a great administrative team and therapists, but here in this town nothing to do with professionalism, my daughter with scoliosis pain has not improved at all, not to mention people that they manage the place in about 4 months that my daughter receives physical therapy they have called me to cancel appointments at the same time on the same day they have also changed the sentence on many occasions and I have agreed, ahh but when I as a mother and called to cancel an appointment and ask them to move to another day because I am in pain "I am disabled by fibromyalgia and degenerative joint disease" there they say yes, well you will only have to pay $50. And you can schedule for another day, for God's sake I explained that I had been in the ER since the day before and that I am leaving the hospital. But No. I cannot change my daughter's appointment the same day 2 hours before. But they can cancel an appointment at the same time. And they don't pay me $50 or what I stop doing to get ready to take my daughter. What's more, one of those appointments was scheduled at 7pm and what was my surprise!? They close at 7pm, who will compensate for damages, transportation costs and lost time? Nobody...it's horrible.
