The Jackson Clinics, Physical Therapy

I came in with my second ACL tear and they were nothing, but supportive and knowledgeable. The physical therapists that work here are genuinely concerned for your well being and not trying to just run the clock down on your appointment. If you have any questions they would be more than happy to answer and even go as far to check on me when I'm not longer attending regularly! Shout out to the best physical therapists Jacob and Stephen!

Following rotator cuff and wrist surgeries I rehabbed at The Jackson Clinics Burke office. I worked primarily with Stephen Boettke (PT, DPT), who provided excellent physical therapy. He is very knowledgeable, provided clear, detailed explanations of my evolving conditions and the stretches/exercises he recommended, adjusted my program to my objectives and condition, and provided positive, encouraging support. I also worked a few times with Jacob Nguyen (DPT, DPT), and Brian Nguyen guided my in-office exercises -- they were also very professional and effective. All three are nice guys, and the atmosphere in the facility was always pleasant and supportive. By far the best of the four places where I've had physical therapy. Fred Temple

I had great care and focus by all involved in my recovery. I am 100% recovered and now have the tools to continue to stay healthy. Their concern, knowledge, and their ability to convey their thoughts and direction in layman’s terms were great. I felt treated with respect. I recommend them 100-%

I came in a couple months ago for a fracture in my knee. After working with both Stephen and Jacob, I am very happy with my experience. Each appointment felt personal and respectful and I had a wonderful time bonding and conversing with the crew during my recovery. I am very grateful to have had such a supportive team!! The Jackson Clinics (Burke) has been incredible! After my shoulder surgery I found this location and had the best physical therapy experience. Their flexibility in scheduling helps to ensure I’m able to get in when it’s convenient for me and even when I experienced an insurance change midway through my treatment, they were wonderful in helping me navigate it! The only hiccup is their office is a little hard to navigate since they have two entrances, so depending on which one you enter through, if you don’t see the front desk right away, look for a sign pointing you in the right direction! The exercise therapists themselves are also wonderful - I primarily worked with Brian and Ellen and they were great during my recovery. I also have to give a lot of credit to Marco Mirnics - he was my main PT during my recovery and hands down the best PT I’ve ever had. Playing sports I’ve had a lot of experience in and out of PT and he consistently worked with me to ensure I was reaching all my goals in and outside of Jackson Clinics, not something I’ve every had a PT willing to do. Very personable and kind to his patients, he made sure I actually got out of my experience what I wanted. While all of the PTs are great, if you’re looking for someone to work with, highly recommend seeing if he’s available!

Stephen is super dedicated to physical therapy and trying to understand difficult situations. I started coming in due to intense shoulder pain and wanted to get this resolved. Previously, I was told by doctors in the area that it was due to frozen shoulder but he realized that this was not the case and recommended that I get an MRI. He was able to convince the doctors to book an MRI at the time. Turns out he was right and doctors were able to find a tumor and I am getting treated now. If Stephen was not so persistent in the level of care, I would have brushed it off and this tumor could have been a bigger problem. He is a superstar!

I recently completed a four month physical therapy session at the Jackson Clinics, Physical Therapy facility located at 10517 D Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032. This session was needed to recover from a complete right shoulder joint replacement surgery. I now have almost full range of movement of my right shoulder and most of its strength is well on its way to being restored. The significant progress I made in my post surgery recovery was due to the diligent and expert efforts of my primary therapist, Jacob Nguyen. His efforts were also supported by other staff members, specifically, Brain Nguyen, Ellen Ayoub, and Marco Mirnics. The administrative staff of Mariam Shah and Sierra Server also were instrumental in scheduling my appointments to meet my personal schedule and that of the therapists. All in all, a great personal experience. I would not hesitate recommending this specific clinic to anyone who is looked for a clinic staffed with professional, expert therapists!

I was able to get an appointment very quickly, which I really appreciated. Stephen and Jacob were fantastic. They helped resolve my neck pain issue and gave me the tools I need moving forward to address the pain should it return. Everyone I worked with there was very knowledgeable, friendly, and educated me. Highly recommend!
