I've never been treated so disrespectfully by any medical professional. She asked about my sleep issues which turned into a letter from multiple providers for why I'm on the medication I'm on. I was assaulted by a client's son over 2 years ago, now I have to prove there haven't been any issues with me for the past two years. Just because I was a victim of a crime doesn't me a problem. it is discriminatory and degrading. This is souch more than a physical. It's keeping me from a job for false assumptions and stereotypes of PTSD. Why am I being treated different. The question started about insomnia which could be from menopause for all they know.
