The first time I worked with Dr. Nelson, I was 1 year post partum and unable to get my core muscles firing the way they had prior to pregnancy. After just one session, I felt rejuvenated and like an old part of me was waking up. After several sessions, I found joy in movement again and could move pain free. I highly recommend her and her practice and am always amazed by her wealth of knowledge and skill set.

I have worked with Dr. Nelson for a few years now. She is very passionate in what she does and her primary focus is that the exercises are performed correctly and safely. She is very caring with her clients and takes the time to discuss your physical fitness needs and works closely with you to accomplish amazing results. I have seen great improvements in my flexibility, balance and core ever since I started working with her. Most important, I have become more aware and understanding of my body because of her enriched knowledge which she shares while working out.

First time I went to her it was after my motorcycle accident. I'd lost a lot of range of motion in my shoulders even though I hadn't them in the accident. I had not gone to someone like Erica before...She's unconventional. After one hour of passive manipulation and finding this “spot” and that “spot” and “working” them... really, it didn't feel like anything special, but when she was done... MAGIC!!! Everyone tells me how painful PT is. For me it wasn’t. And she is SUPER informative. Yeah she’ll use big words I did or did not get, but I only had to ask for her to take the time to break it down for me. So happy I'd tried something off the beaten path!
