Nick at this Vacaville location was great. Focused, professional, conversational but not annoying, and efficient. He was ready when I arrived for my appointment and greeted me by name. Nice! An older couple came in as we were wrapping up and he greeted them warmly and set expectations for their brief wait. I can only hope they decided to invest in a Good Feet arch support system! They have saved my life by saving my hips, feet, and knees. The initial investment is well worth it.

Christine was wonderful at making me feel comfortable. I walked in hobbling. I had left heel pain for quite some time and knew that even if it was plantar fasciitis or a heel spur, good orthotics were definitely in the care plan. She was also very thorough, and explained everything in detail. With the addition of the shoe inserts my heel pain was lessened by at least 60%. It is now day three, I am following the program and my heel pain is gradually going away! Thank you😊

Mark was very helpful. He took the time to explain how arch supports work, about improving posture and balance, targeting joint pain and more. The whole process took almost an hour and started with Mark collecting information about what my health issues and goals were, taking step imprints of both feet, fitting me for the correct shoe inserts, me walking around with the arch supports, and me walking out of the store with a custom arch support kit plus a new pair of shoes! Mark was very professional, knowledgeable and definitely has a new customer for life. I would strongly recommend making an appointment rather than walk in.

Very knowledgeable staff at the Vacaville Good Feet Store. The store representative was able diagnose my pronation problem and set up a treatment plan, which is already showing benefits. I originally purchased orthotics from Good Feet about 15 years ago. I was pleased to see that they have a lifetime warranty. My worn out orthotics were immediately replaced with a brand new set. Excellent customer service!

I went to good feet store when I was finally desperate. I had tried everything else. Mike helped me and was so knowledgeable and professional I purchased the 3 step system with little confidence that it would work since nothing else had, but I was miserable! It’s been 2 months and I have a new lease on life! The arch supports have given me back the ability to go to amusement parks with my grandkids again and so much more! I had suffered with Plantar fasciitis for years it was so painful I could not walk without feeling great pain. I invested in insoles from Good Feet store over a decade ago and they were a lifesaver. I recently visited the Vacaville store for a replacement pair and was assisted by Nick. He is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I enjoyed my visit to the Vacaville store.
