My nana (Betty) was recently discharged from The Foley Center, she was brought in by medics and discharged walking out the door. I cant thank the therapy team enough for getting nana strong enough to be able to walk her with grandkids again. Everyone was so nice, from doing a tour, to her care and even setting up discharge for HH. You’ll always have a special place in my heart for welcoming Nana in and making her feel like she was home.

My Sweet nanny was here for a broke arm and Michelle and therapy team really helped her get back her range of motion. The nursing team went above & beyond to care for her. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff, the food and George in housekeeping was always so friendly every time he come to clean her room. Overall such a great place to be!

My granddaddy had selected to go to the foley center after he had a life changing event to happen to him and set him back. He’s never had to stay somewhere in a facility before so we were worried about it. But the southern hospitality that was shown to not just him but our whole family was so heart warming. Michelle, Sandy and Brittany were so great with him and his therapy. His hand is almost back to full function after his stroke! The cnas and nurses were patient with him as he learned his new normal.. they encouraged him often! It was just nice to know that granddaddy was happy and because of that, he improved every day!

Compliments on how clean the facility is. How wonderful the nursing staff is about getting the meds to their patients and so caring for them, You don't find that Love And Compassion very much anymore! When grandmother was there with a broken hip, Therapy was so compassionate and took their time with her ! I believe that's one reason she was back to walking and visiting in no time. And even though the staff has alot on them they put their patients first that call light was always answered in an Adaquant amount of time... they made her feel LOVED! I'd recommend this place for anyone ... Including myself if I should ever need to go

Excellent staff all the way from the front office to the therapist to the nurses. I could not have asked for a better experience and prompt response for a family member to be admitted.

My dad was at the Foley center a couple of weeks. He is doing so much better. The nurses have been attentive and caring. The CNAs have keep him in good spirits and catered to his needs. The EVS department does a wonderful job in the rooms and entire building. A beautiful clean environment to stay in. The food was great and this place has the best therapy department you could ever ask for. We appreciate the wonderful care. We would never consider going anywhere else.

After 70+ days of having my mother as a resident, and daily visits from the family, I have come to truly appreciate how hard the full time staff and the traveling nursing staff at Foley work. Their dedication to the patients care and ability to juggle the constant demands of multi tasking is pretty amazing. Amy, Tim. Laura, Penny, Katie, (the entire therapy staff), Michelle, Dr. Clark, Sharon, the Entire nursing staff!, Jamie, Joy, Opal and anyone who I might have missed, I have come to personally know and respect deeply. Whom I would also like to say something strongly and urgently to is to Liberty Corporation. This facility is under staffed and overworked, and it reflects on the patients care. There is a growing sentiment in the Blowing Rock community of family and friends who visit patients of the recent consequences of reducing work staff. Please address this situation.
