I can’t recommend The Fix Therapy enough! They have helped me SO much in my journey of healing. I’ve been going to The Fix for a couple of years with good results for various injuries. I was feeling healthy so I paused my monthly membership. The bookkeeper Debbie, continued to bill me for the following month. I brought it to her attention and she said she couldn’t reimburse me but that I could have a credit to use for a future visit. After 4 months I went back to treat my back and she tells me that my credit of $100 expired and that I owed them $70 for the massage I had just received. I was never told that credit had an expiration date and it’s not explained anywhere on the website. She coped an attitude arguing with me and handled the whole situation without and ounce of empathy or compassion. She wanted her money no matter what. Finally she goes and asked John the owner what to do and he decided to not charge me for that massage. But I still lost money in the long run. I feel this business is not run professionally whatsoever. And even though John the owner and Therapist it’s good at what he does, the fact that he has this person working for him just doesn’t sit well with me. Her lack of manners and professionalism is very evident.Obviously I will never go back.

John and his team are a blessing. I can't thank John enough for his support in helping me with my chronic low back pain. They do way more than just a typical swedish massage. They actually work with your body holistically and allow you to be more "self aware" giving you tools to improve your well being after the session.

Just outstanding professionals who create miracles! I had migraines everyday, for 3 weeks. I took migraine pills but after a while they were not working anymore. As John Adams did cupping on my back, I didn't expect anything, just was hoping for some relief. Unbelievable, not only are my migraines are gone after few sessions but also my traveling back pains I had since few days. I am so grateful for this blurry free brain and pain relief! Thank you!

Can't I give them 10 stars? If you have chronic back pain, hurt your sciatica, sports injury... you name it, they FIX it! My neighbors turned us onto THE FIX after they saw my husband limping from his motorcycle causing his sciatica to act up. Now we both go there. I just hurt my back (again) digging in the yard and I would still be on the couch without their "fix". I was in terrible pain and had trouble walking and sitting. We're not talking a rub down or massage (unless that's what you want --- they do that too). It's easy to order online. The package deals are great and very affordable. Pain pills only wished they worked like "The Fix".

Professional and knowledgeable staff. I have a lot of confidence in their abilities. Definitely worth your time if you're suffering from the kind of chronic tendinitis that needs more attention than at-home PT and stretching can fix. Walking around pain free is certainly worth the time it takes for a visit here.

These guys are amazing!! I was in town briefly visiting family. They worked me in and got me back in to shape so I could enjoy my vacation. I was even able to walk the whole Brevard Zoo with out pain in my foot and hip....Thank you John!!

Dr Hansen is a fantastic chiropractor! I could not more highly recommend a chiropractor than him. He listens to your problem and takes the time to effectively address it. His price is very reasonable as well.
