I was referred to the Fitness Lab by my doctor after having disc replacement surgery. When I began PT I was hesitant as I did not feel that I needed it. After my first session, it was obvious that my body was not what it was prior to surgery. Alex was amazing and slowly helped me get back to where I needed to be. Every complaint I had he showed empathy and immediately had a solution on how to work on the problem area. If you are looking for a PT, I highly recommend you go see Alex!
Dr. Alex Brateman was wonderful to work with!! He used a combination of new techniques along with daily strengthening exercises. My shoulder was pain free in a short period of time! I now have good range of motion and I was able to get back to daily routines and my exercise program.
Mike Brock worked with me to maintain a measure of functionality before I required a hip replacement. If it wasn't for Mike, I'm quite certain I wouldn't have been able to tolerate the pain I was experiencing.
