Holli Shorthill and Joyce Kim were wonderful to work with. Holli was actually the one who figured out what was wrong with me! Martha Cramer is also amazing to work with. Very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to continue working with her!

I wish I could choose zero stars. Most of the PTs at the Everett Clinic are awesome; I've seen several. Not true with Dominic Jackson. I was supposed to receive passive range of motion movements following rotator cuff surgery. Instead, he wrenched my arm past where it was meant to go causing me intense pain and making me cry. He didn't stop and didn't listen to one word I said. Long story short, my shoulder froze and I had to have a manipulation under anesthesia. He has set me back months in my recovery, not to mention prolonged pain from the manipulation. I will also be spending hundreds more dollars on extended physical therapy, which I should be done with at this point.

They do not accept Medicaid yet have an entire page bragging about philanthropy. This tells us they only care about profits, not about the patients.

TAKE HEED WASHINGTONIANS.Not even worth a corner of a star. Instead of coming here, you are better off at Providence, on second thought, just take a plane to South America and visit the village doctor.
