Difficult to schedule an appointment always going to voicemail. Call back times inconsistent, Or not at all . Currently playing phone tag , With the scheduling department. Hoping this is just a fluke but seeing others having the same issue.

My wife has always been very pleased with the services she has received at this facility. She has been there numerous times in several departments, and each has meet her expectations. She has recommended them to friends as well.

I went to see the Neurologist, he was rude and dismissive of my questions. He just said: is more complicated than that. He walked out of the room without letting me know I could leave, his assisntant was not very pleasant either. She just opened the door and with an annoyed tone of voice she said: you can leave and walked away.

This office is terrible at communicating with Patience. After sitting on hold for a long time. I was prompted to leave a message. I did and one on called me back. Today I called again after holding again. I was sent to voicemail again. In the message in the voicemail it offered to let me leave a message ( they probably won't call back) or press one to speek to someone. All that did was bring me back to the same voicemail box as before. We appreciate your time and the next operator will be with you shortly. That's a f****ing lie. They don't appreciate you and you'll sit in hold for as long as they want. Or you can leave a message and they won't call you back. Good luck but don't believe their lies about appreciating you or they will call you back.

This place always disappoints. I’ve been seeing them for about a year. I recently had shoulder surgery in March. I called 3wks ago. Crickets. Never got a call back. I called yesterday and spoke to the front telling them the situation. There was no apology and they transferred me to the MA’s vm as I was talking. I hung up and called back asking for the Office Manager. I left a VM. No call back. No apology. Nothing from the Office Manager. Today one of the PA’s Medical Assistant’s called me- not the PA- one was in surgery and the other with patients. After 3 wks I couldn’t even get a phone call from a PA. Patient care doesn’t seem to be important. The older woman up front, who sits in the middle, is always rude. She never smiles or makes you feel welcome, instead the exact opposite. One of the assistants, won’t call them out completely, never calls back either, unless you call a week later asking why you haven’t heard from them. Finally, when she does call, has no clue what’s going on. The patient advocate, crickets. Nothing, never replies. I called billing and told them they billed my insurance when it was a work claim, that was a couple months ago, never heard back. From the very beginning I’ve had problems with this clinic. The administration team is awful.

Went here with a broken wrist thinking my appointment was at 3:30 when it was at 3. I showed up around 3:15, they not only still fit me in but has me out with a hard cast within an hour. Every person i encountered was so kind, the receptionist, the assistant, X-ray, and the lady who did my cast ( who is a major professional made my hard cast 10x more comfortable than the ER made my splint). Have another appointment in a week and highly am looking forward to the professionalism

Worst experience ever going to see a doctor. Do yourself a favor and find another provider in the area

Their appointment policies have not changed and even if you adhere to their cancellation policy they will still discharge you for rescheduling more than three times. This is incredibly unfriendly and makes it more difficult for people who are neurodivergent, have disabilities or chronic illness to seek the help they need. Do not go here if you are any of the above, this practice is awful and does not care about you.
