I had a scheduled follow-up with dr. Hatcher after he sent me for lower back x-rays. I've been in excruciating pain and had hoped for some relief finally. After fighting traffic, paying for parking and arriving to his office...he decided to take the day off and failed to notify me. When the receptionist put him on the phone, he wasn't even apologetic. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My recommendation is to find a reliable Doctor who will not leave you hanging.

October 1st 2017 I threw out my back... Some how. I had never done it before, at least not like that. My Dr. was making me jump through a million hoops to try and get to a chiro that was covered by my insurance. I found the District through my insurance company's website, but they would not cover him. I had been in pain for 2 months and saw no relief in sight and decided I was going anyway. My VERY first meeting at the District, I went at the end of the day. I am a commuter. By the time I got home, my ability to get around had improved a million times over. I noticed it most when I was apple to walk up the few steps to my house with little discomfort. I was in such bad shape I was going in every few days and left with homework to do. Within a few weeks it was like not hi g had ever happened. No I make appointments at the district for maintenance purposes to make sure that back issue NEVER happens again. I pay out of pocket every time and it is incredibly worth it to me. I now thrush no one else to take care of my spine.

Dr Hatcher is friendly, knowledgeable and readily available! He came highly recommended to me by another Dr out of the area and I've been very pleased with his care.
