The CORE Institute - West Phoenix

This was my first time at this location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The x-ray tech was great. She put me at ease and talked me through where she needed me to stand or pose for each image. Dr. Perry was polite and professional, going over my x-rays and discussing various treatment options for the arthritis in my knees. (He was also a good sport when I asked if I could take pictures during my visit.) I decided to try the steroid injections first to see how well that might work before we move on to gel injections or knee replacements. Never one to enjoy getting an injection, I was happy that Dr. Perry numbed the areas and had them done and over with as quickly and painlessly as possible. Overall, I had a very positive experience and recommend this location to anyone in need of their services.

I was very impressed as every step from check in to walking out the door was quick and even ahead of schedule. The provider listened to me and what concerns I had and addressed them. You can’t see certain injuries on an X-ray so I really appreciated her listening beyond the medical imaging and taking my injury serious and helping me.

I have seen multiple doctors and PA's here and all are great. They are helpful and take the time to explain treatments to you. And tell the patient what and how it works better for patients. Overall I have taken my husband here as well and he says he will no go anywhere else other than here.i have recommended friends to the Core and have been told that they will keep going to the Core for treatments.

The entire office. Phone staff, Reception desk, Staff that guides you to the exam room. They are friendly and professional. My PA for Dr Jackson is kind, professional and knowledge was impressive. Surgeon: Dr Jackson is top notch. You immediately feel secure by his questions and knowledge of the spine. It made me feel comfort knowing he would be my surgeon. The Specialty Hospital was a Five Star.

The staff at the Core institute is very helpful. Dr Ryan Scott was great. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain how he will be able to help me. Then he wrote everything down for me so i can show to my wife! (For some of us that is huge) he was truly Amazing and I highly recommend him and the core Institute.

I highly recommend CORE. Jessica Hepburn PA-C is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. David Jackson is professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I had my first examination today and both physicians were very empathetic to my situation which was very reassuring that I came to the right clinic. I was very comfortable with treatment plans and options discussed. From check in to check out the office was clean and staff was very professional. If your looking for fantastic physicians look no further you found it here.

Doctor Acott is one of the Nicest most gracious and down-to-earth Doctor. I have met in a long time. He explains everything in detail and let you make up your decision. I would recommend anyone seeing him for any type of hand Issues. Doctor Acott operated on my thumb 4 years ago and I have had no problems with it. You don't meet doctors like him today.

The worst treatment ever. From the MA, Provider, and office manager. Fractured an ankle 30 days ago, can't get anyone to return calls ,they make appts they shouldn't but not the ones they should. No care, no empathy for patients time and pain, The worst facility in all the years I have been in the medical field! Maybe the manager will call after this ! Too late we are going to Ortho AZ! Where they care about their patients!
