The CORE Institute - Surprise Physical Therapy

I started working with Rachel and Amy after my Distal bicep repair surgery. They were incredible in helping regain range of motion and strength. They also took the time to assist me in correcting pain in my shoulders and tennis elbow. The team is kind and knowledgeable and the environment was calm but fun. Will definitely refer anyone in need of a great PT office and team.

I met Rachel for the first time today. I've had physical therapy many times for various reasons. Rachel showed extreme compassion and understanding for my particular issues. She was reluctant to push me too far my first session. I really appreciated that. A lot of therapists push too hard too soon resulting in a considerable amount of pain. Rachel showed sincere concern for me. I HIGHLY recommend her. Thank you!

I so enjoy ,if I was home I wouldn’t be doing as much but her I do for me .Also i love interacting with other people. I live by myself and Love the encouragement from other clients .It’s nice to be among friends

Nick was an excellent therapist and respectful of my injury. He was very careful and explained that we need to go slowly because it will heal slowly. I appreciated him and how he approached my problem.

Jennifer is a great physical therapist. This is my second time coming to this location for physical therapy and I have had a great experience each time. It's easy to make an appointment and the staff is very nice.

Today was my first visit Nic was knowledgeable with what treatment and care I need. He was patient and helpful during my session, I am looking forward to next session and hope each session gets easier. I guess the saying is true no pain no gain ! Thanks Nic

My therapist Rachel was professional, kind, patient and encouraging. Just what I needed after my surgery for a fractured foot. She even showed me an adjustment on my foot boot that made it so much more livable.
