The CORE Institute - Sun City West

I was greeted quickly by the nice ladies at the front desk, sat down and before I knew it, I was already called to do a X-ray. The x ray was so fast, I have never been through the process quicker anywhere else. The appointment went so quickly and Dr brown and his team were very friendly and I felt heard. Previous orthopedic appointments I had, it would’ve taken about 1- 2 hours to go through this whole process. I was in and out in 25 minutes.

My experience with my appointment at the Core Institute, in Sun City, was awesome from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Everyone was so courteous.. Dr. Brown is an exceptional Dr. Very caring and kind. He has exceptional bedside manners. I travel an hour to get to the office because I am treated so well. He has awesome Nurses working with him. Thank you all for Caring!

My experience from the initial consultation to my follow-up appointments has been seamless. The facility is modern and well-equipped, making every visit comfortable. Arrived to a pretty well packed waiting area, but I was quickly welcomed by the front desk to verify some information. Taken back to the examination room just after my scheduled appointment time. Chatted with a very friendly PA and then with the doctor. The doctor explained in detail everything about my condition and what treatments were recommended. A couple medications were prescribed and transmitted to my pharmacy very quickly. Followup treatments were recommended and scheduled without any problems whatsoever. Highly recommend Core Institute (Sun City West) services.

Although the Sub City West facility was incredibly busy this morning, my check in when very quickly. I think the opportunity to check in on line really helps. The front office staff is very organized, professional and friendly. Mira, the PA I saw, was wonderful. She didn’t make me feel rushed, she answered my questions and helped me adjust some of my physical therapy appointments. I would will gladly see Mira again.

They were very polite and the doctor. He explained things to me the way that I could understand them and he took the time out to let me know about my care.

Core Az is the best medical facility I have ever been associated with. The care that they give to their patients and the speed that they take you in for your appointments is unbelievably fast. My PA Alexandra Witzman Is a complete professional in handling her patients. She delivers care with knowledgeable and professionalism. PA Michelle Hitchcock was such a great help in explaining what is going on with my lower back. Her recommended treatment and description on the procedure was easy to understand. This was the best experience with a doctor in many years!
