I’ve been coming here since 2020 for low back pain. I’ve had injections, epidurals, and an ablation on top of 4 rounds of physical therapy for my back. Nothing helps the pain anymore, but I was told there’s nothing else they can do for me. Trying to get any procedure scheduled is ridiculous. It takes forever for someone to call you, if they even call you back at all. Then they’ll eventually get you scheduled for a procedure. Then they call you the DAY OF the procedure to tell you they canceled you because your insurance denied it. This happened to me multiple times. You should be getting approval for a procedure before the day of. Oh, and just a note to those who are plus size like me, you will not be “eligible” to receive sedation for any of your procedures from them if your weight or BMI is “too high.” So you’re stuck either cancelling your procedure or enduring the discomfort while being awake.

My grandfather had his knee replaced here by Dr.Campbell a little over a year ago. He had incredibly long and painful healing process, more than anticipated. We thought it was normal. Fast forward to this week and he goes to see a doctor because the ankle on the same side is causing him extraordinary pain. At this point, the doctor tells him that the knee replacement was placed in his body, crooked, and that there’s nothing they can do. It will just continue to put undo stress on his ankle, which will cause more issues and deterioration over time. He was given a shot and told that there was nothing more to be done. He is 80 years old, and doesn’t want to go through the painful healing process again. Shame on Dr.Campbell for replacing my grandfathers knee incorrectly and ruining his quality of life. Avoid this place!

When I called The Core Institute for some information regarding my upcoming appointment, I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Michael L who is a patient advocate at the contact center. Michael was very amenable, understanding and supportive. What a wonderful man he is! And what an extremely great employee you have! Thank you

my mom had an apt in this office w dr iannotti at 9139 w thunderbird rd. when i made this apt this was the address that was given to me to take her to. We get there and they told us that core has been mis scheduling apts and not telling them the correct address for a while. this is very frustrating when you have an elderly person that has a tough time walking plus it being hot outside. The text i even got confirmed that it was at this 9139 address. this is very unprofessional and this mistake never should have happened. if it were not for her neuro dr i never would bring her back. This is horrible to do to people and not tell them or fix it before their apt.

Stay away from this place it's a horrible, dark, dirty, dreary unhappy place to try and recover with a D minus at the BBB.The physical therapist are all burned out, rude, and mean. They run around talking bad about the patients and each other behind their back, within earshot of other patients, so imagine what they're saying about you! The front desk staff don't smile, can't answer a question, and look like they are as miserable as the physical therapist. You are more likely to get reinjured here like I did than recover. They are not attentive and use run down improper equipment. They stuck me with a temp on my first visit and evaluation which lost all my confidence. They are understaffed and can't keep employees. They will ignore you and get upset if you ask questions. The Core physical therapist are known in their own industry by their peers for being rough and causing reinjury. Haley retore my rotator cuff after surgery when she angrily jerked my arm because she was having a bad day and took it out on me, an innocent patient that trusted her. Run away from the Core they have a D minus with the BBB don't let them hide it!

I have been going to the Core Institute since 2015 and seeing different Dr.s for my back, knee, arms and more recent a neuro stem implant and muscle spams steming from my lumbar region. I see Dr. John Wallace for my recent problems, and he is always kind and really listens to me. This last visit he and I were trying to figure out what to do for my lumbar spasms, since I had 3 lumbar steroid injections that would only last a couple of days. Thanks to him he recommended something that really works ! Thank you so much !

My father and myself have been going for years. The doctor's are great and is the only reason I return. The reception is horrid, rude and unfriendly. They neverake eye contact, or use friendly greetings. They don't use complete sentences but demand "license and insurance". They aren't nice to older people who may not hear or understand. I have made several complaints to office managers but have seen no change. I boycotted for over a year, but haven't found a better doctor

Christina’s browns MA-IRIS is extremely kind and on top of things and got back to me within 1 day when I needed my prescription filled early due to me having to travel out of state. I must say that normally I do not get a response back for at least a week and get ignored by this office. This was not the case this time. I guess it just depends on the person who receives the message. I thank you iris and Christina brown again for both being so kind and returning my message and getting that taken care of for me so quickly.
