The CORE Institute - Peoria Physical Therapy

I am extremely disappointed in this doctor he was extremely rude, had a big ego, would not even let me talk, he said I'm not losing my license over you and pointing at me. He did not offer any kind of help. He was screaming so loud you could here him in the waiting room. I started crying and he still was verbally attacking me. He has no bed side matter and only cares about his big fat ego. If you are a person with a mental disability STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN. He will belittle you. Not offer up a plan of help. I have been in the hospital 3 days I have siadica and arthritis he had all the imaging and because of my phyc meds he totally attack me. I had a panic attack on my way home good thing my husband was driving. I had 3 addition panic attacks and had to calm down. Literally sleeping all day from pain distress and the verbal attack. Shame on this dr. I am 41 years old and probably older then him. Get of you high horse and be more respectful. If you only there for the title and money and not caring for your patient I hope the right one comes in a verbal bites back at you. Totally unprofessional. I will ask for another dr as I'm not getting better its a month in and he's acting like this is my first day on this earth. Stay away from this doctor. What has our world come to. For a person in the medical field attacks his patients. Im so disappointed Dr John Wallace. Is not a people person be ready to not talk and verbal attacked.

This is about the 4th time I've visited this location following Surgery! Ray, the supervisor is excellent but so is everyone who works there. They are all very pleasant greeting you with Smiles and are all very kind and compassionate!

Each everyone of this therapy location gave me more of a warm welcome feeling. Very thorough.. Always on time .. Gave us option for Ice pak. One thing it started May 9th. I broke my arm in March 19th. It took sometime for a contact on my part. Boswell Hospital did not refer me to those Orthopedics. Of Core. I new from previous surgery I had was bunionecti foot surgery by Dr Jeffery McCallister who I ment an I my self as strong person took him in many beliefs towards this surgery. I am bless.

The staff at Core Institute were awesome. They showed they cared about you and made sure you received the best care in therapy. Everyone was friendly.

Ray is an excellent PT! I went there so nervous and he put me immediately at ease. I walked out of the PT office so confident and boosted. Ray was so knowledgeable about every question I had for him and he patiently answered them. He is compassionate, competent and very caring, approachable. I highly recommend him. He is a great PT and he has an amazing team he works with! You feel like you are part of the family there. Natasha

Staff is very friendly and helpful. My PT Ray is very friendly and really took his time checking me out and explaining my treatment plan.
