The first thing you notice when you walk in here is this is a cavernous waiting room with my guess would be well over 100 seats. So this is at first glance what might seem like a churn ‘em and burn ‘em type of operation. I will never know how good or bad the service is because I didn’t even get seen. After an initial appointment scheduled at 4:00 PM that was confirmed in advance twice, I got a call the day of, saying that my provider “doesn’t work past 2:30” Hmmm, well it might seem like you could have known that before you set and confirmed my appointment. Twice. So we rescheduled for 5 days later, also at 4, but with a different provider. Again, confirming twice before the appointment time, plus another text message saying that I needed to arrive 30 minutes prior to fill out paperwork ( that was already done during the pre-check in they sent) so I arrived at 3:20 for my 4:00 appointment. Only to be told that the provider was running over an hour behind. They could have texted me to come in later, but for their own convenience, wanted me there early to fill out their paperwork that was already done. Mind you that this is for extremely painful hip osteoarthritis, so it took a huge effort to come in the first place, only to have to wait for 2.5 hours without even being seen. It would have been even longer if i chose to stay. This type of arrogance and poor service is inexcusable. My doctor had referred me here, if this was his first choice, I dread to imagine how bad the second choice would be. After all this, I can’t comment on the service you might receive here. But good luck

Do not I repeat do not go to Melissa Galli, she is very unprofessional and rude. She did a ingrown removal on my toe and after I was in so much pain. I ended up going to the hospital because I had tingling and discoloration in my toe, foot, leg and arm. She said it was my fault for not going to my 2 week follow up when the office pushed my date and I had to cancel that and make it 3 weeks. Well when I went to the follow up she did nothing but grip it so tight I busted in tears the pain was so unbearable. She also never gave me any aftercare instructions. 4 months later and I’m still dealing with the pain from her because she left some nail in my toe. The new Dr I saw (not here) informed me this could’ve been caught at the 2/3 week follow up but her ego is too big she didn’t even check.

Keeping MY life in motion since 2018. EIGHT back surgeries (2006-2021), five years of physical therapy and injections worked BUT their effectiveness wears out. Enter the neurotransmitter, manufactured to reduce pain up to 50%!!! Dr. Daftari implanted it April 2022. I didn’t receive a 50% reduction, in pain. however. I received 100% reduction!!! Yes!!!! 100%. Now, let’s talk about my husband who had rotator cuff surgery in Denver, 2014. It wasn’t very successful. Well, when I was at Core for my back, we saw the ad in the waiting room about an experimental surgery for the shoulder!!!! We got right on it!!! Dr. Amini is the shoulder master! Another RAVING success! My husband went from a painful 60% mobility to, you got it, PAINFREE with 98% mobility. I’ll be having a total knee replacement this December 2024. I expect to be leaping tall buildings in January 2025. Mark my words, the level of medical expertise is beyond your wildest dreams. Being a very positive patient helps too.

Fast service, kind workers, clean facilities. Dr John Corey fixed my fractured tib & fib and had excellent bedside manner. Vincent cleaned my disgusting foot after its been in a cast for the last month. Lighthearted humans making a hard situation much more manageable. Highly recommend

Marshall Hughes was fantastic. He was prompt to the appointment, incredibly friendly and informative and connected really well with my young son. Able to answer any questions and informed us of what to expect next. Our first appointment was no with Hughes and I am disappointed by that. Our first appointment we had to wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor while my son had his friendly broken collar bone and was in a lot of pain. It was not a good experience. Marshall Hughes made up for that today. Thank you so much!

I've been very impressed with the entire team helping me with my recovery at CORE. Docs Galli and Nguyen have been excellent as well as the staff being helpful and friendly. So glad my primary care doc referred me here and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I went here 2 times. The first time was not a great experience, I didn’t love the doctor that I saw. Fast forward a year. I thought that I would try it again when I was recommended another doctor by the name of Tony Nguyen. This was an even worse experience than the first time! He was absolutely rude, cold and unprofessional. I don’t need another round with the CORE to know that there are many more facilities out there that have much newer equipment and more professional staff than this institute. I suggest doing your research and finding a higher quality facility and staff than what this one has to offer.
