They start by putting you on a warm-up bed to relax and stretch your muscles, which adds a nice touch before the adjustment. Dr. Ash is personable and highly skilled, and he truly listens, adjusting exactly where I need it. Whether I have ten minutes or half an hour, they make it work. Not only the best chiropractor in LA but a kind and thoughtful doc. I have a complex array of issues and he always patiently works through them and always is able to solve them. His staff is also kind and very competent. Furthermore, I've never seen such a great set up where the chiropractor knows loosening the muscles first not only makes the actual adjustment better, but makes it last longer. He's fantastic and I feel lucky to have found his practice years ago. You'll be in good hands, literally.
