My daughter was getting therapy at her school for two years and honestly since the first therapist, Maddie left, I have not been happy with the services. All the other therapist that my daughter had constantly pushed for medicine never reached out to me or gave me updates and never really talked about any specific goals. They would just send it to me in a PDF via email from someone I Didn’t speak with. I went to a consultation for medicine and was still Indecisive about it, and the therapist that she had at the time didn’t seem interested once we opted out of the medicine. It’s a shame that the therapist doesn’t give any feedback or follow up with the parents, especially if they’re making visits to the school. I don’t think any therapist other than Maddie gave me tips on how to manage my daughter’s diagnosis. We miss you Maddie.

This rating is for the Children's Institute outpatient services only! The Day School is 5 stars! The day school staff is excellent and very caring for the students. However, The Outpatient program that is separate from the Day School I give a 0 star rating. I received a letter in the mail on February 13, 2024 , that was dated January 26, 2024. In the letter, they discharged my daughter from the (therapy depth) services and removed her from the waitlist without previous warning. They falsely claimed they did this because they couldn't get a hold of me. They never reached out to me via phone. The only letter in the mail I received was the dismissal letter. I looked back in my emails from November, December, January, and didn't receive one email from the Outpatient Office. Administration never once made an attempt to reach me . I guess their numbers are up since the Pandemic is over and don't care about families as long as they met their quotas . I challenge the outpatient administration to forward me any emails that they attempted to get a hold of me. Administration due your job and contact the parents and don't hide behind a letter with your secretary's name on it when you make the decision to dismiss families from your services for no reason!

I do not even know where to begin about how pleased I am with the day school. My son has improved so much in so many years coming to the school. The dedication with every area of the school is amazing. I am highly recommending anyone that qualifies for this excellent care.

We were happy until one day Speech and OT therapists told us that our daughter could not attend the therapies anymore. They discharged us without previous warning. This happened about 3 years ago and nobody has called us again. Terrible service, 0 stars.

My son attends PT OT and speech therapy. Every one is so kind and caring. They all know him by name!! I couldn't pick a better place to have therapy. His therapist are all wonderful. They truly push him to be his best

The staff is welcoming. They are detail oriented and works together with parents of the client to meet targeted goals. The facility is clean and very organized. They try to work with your schedule. In getting an appointment scheduled staff is accommodating. A wonderful environment for both parent and child. A place where you can get things done.

Professional, kind, comforting, clean, safe, and helpful. This staff has worked with our son for over 18-months and has truly helped him heal and grow. We thank GOD for these loving individuals that not only love what they do, but love who they do it for. ❤💪🙏

The Children's Institute has awesome professionals and great resources to help autistic and special needs kids. Ms Christine's the best, She's done a great job with JJ n John over the past few years. I would recommend looking them up for sorts of special kids needs.
