The Center For Pain - South Montgomery

Lab was great as always I wasn't really impressed by the doctor or assistant I saw. She didn't speak when she came into the room. Didn't really give me a chance to explain my issues. Next thing you know she was sending me out of the room to the lab. I didn't get to tell her about my neck pain.

The staff is always very nice.I just wish sometimes I could see the physician.Everyone's in a while but I never get to see the physician. I also wish we could goʻ back to going to visit every three months like we did in past. Other than that my visit was great.

I normally go to the office in Prattville (live there) but there were no appts available for as soon as I needed it. I went to the South location and this was the FIRST time I’ve ever been in and out in less than an hour!!! I arrived a little late and the staff was very understanding. Back office staff was great as well.

The staff are friendly and helpful and caring. Scheduling and rescheduling my appointments has been easy for the most part. Doctor Vella and my RNPs are great,and work together to keep me functional and on my feet. Before I came here I could hardly walk or sleep because of my pain. I won't be 100% because of the disorder I deal with, but my quality of life has greatly improved. Thank you Dr.Vella and The Center For Pain.

Darrell is great. But he is overworked. I love Dr. Katz, they are so busy I never get to see him. I never have a problem with them.

I am so pleased with the services that I receive at Pain Management. They Are So Kind And Professional…I Have Been Going There For About 5 Years, And I Will Continue To Go There!!!

I absolutely love my doctor and the nurse practitioners with The Center for Pain. This is not the normal office that I go to and normally it’s a grade A experience. The parking for this office is really bad. I had to park way out in the lot to walk into the facility for a pain clinic appt. They did have valet but I drive a stick shift. The waiting area was packed, not lit well, and seemed kinda dirty. The ladies at the windows were missing a few people and doing their best but it was a rough day. I’m glad to have gotten out of there and that will be my last visit to that specific office.

I am thankful to my Dr. Vella, nurse practioner and other staff at the pain center for being so kind and helpful at keeping my pain away. And they are very concerned about how I feel and makes sure that I am comfortable too. Praise God for them because they really care about the patients.
