My Mom spent several days at CLR rehab in September, before she passed, and I have to say the staff was exceptional. Rhonda, in admissions, kept in close contact and explained the insurance and paperwork needed. Megan, in administration, greeted us and reassured us to reach out if we needed anything. As for patient care, she had some very special people looking out for her 😘 Dr. Greenleaf is so sweet, she spent 40 minutes with me just listening to our concerns and coming up with a care plan for Mom in accordance with her wishes. Marty, Matt, Sara, Suzanne in OT, and Dee (I’m sure there were others we are missing) were exceptional in caring for her and us. They even called us in at night, explained everything Mom was going through, answered our many questions, etc...we do appreciate it. With staffing shortages, it must be difficult to give patients and families the time they would like, but they still manage to be there for us…. With heartfelt thanks from the L.C. family

My wife Joanne spent the last two months of her life at CLR and got the best care there anyone could ask for. The entire staff was so caring and understanding. I was able to join in and help with her care, something I was unable to do on my own. She loved everyone there, especially one that she never wanted to leave. They will always be my family and I will always volunteer my help. I am looking forward to joining in with their activities. My love goes out to the entire staff. 💕

One of the worst contracts I’ve ever worked. This place had maybe two good RNs. That was it. On top of that you have one RN who would go on child-like tantrums and run to the DON almost regularly. One male night supervisor who would target certain staff was another aspect of the job. Toxic sums the place up pretty well. Oh, agency who thought they ran the show mixed with locals who barely wanted to work. Lol the locals would complain about travel staff almost regularly. Well then pick up shifts so we don’t have to work at the location itself. If you’re a travel nurse or aide just go elsewhere. I went to New Hampshire and ran into nurses who worked there just by chance who saw how toxic it was. The stories they were telling me. Nothings changed lol.

Over the past 5 months I have seen an improvement in the physical environment. Decorations for seasons and of course the nice weather has added plants and colors. The gardens out front are glorious and should be enjoyed by those that like flowers. I love the latest addition of the fish tank. The plants that have been provided by local florists add a nice touch. Shall we mention Mo and Curly 😎
