Called to obtain information about hip osteoarthritis treatment options. Once I indicated that I am veteran and typically use my free VA care that I earned as a combat vet...she interrupted me to let me know they do not accept VA coverage...which i assumed anyway, but wanted information because I am willing to pay direct or obtain civilian coverage... When the call screener has no interest in the physical issue at hand...only the way they get paid...RED FLAG. Guess I should have read the other reviews first.

Everyone here from the doctors to the front desk has been so amazing and so helpful. The front desk ladies helped me a lot through the process of appts and referring me out to places that accepted my insurance. I saw Dr. Kardashian for a ganglion cyst and Dr. Misch for an ongoing issue with my shoulder and bicep. He is the first doctor in 3 years to find the actual problem, after prior MRIs and so much unnecessary physical therapy+sports medicine. The way he addressed my issue made me feel like he actually cared about the pain I was having. I am several weeks out of surgery and practically have a brand new arm. I am so excited to get back into my old hobbies now that I'm not having pain like I was before. I am extremely happy with this practice and everyone who helped me along the way.

These people are a joke. First, they're always coming up with some reason that I owe them money. It's all bogus bc I always pay my high copay each time I'm there. Each time I get a new and different invoice from them, I call my insurance carrier and they assure me that I owe nothing. Yet CBJD will argue with you until the cows come home. Next, I was only going to them for steroid shots in my knees. They would only give me one knee at a time. Finally, I started scheduling with the PAs and they would give both shots, so only one copay. Today, I had an appointment for two shots with a PA at 1 PM. They called and left a msg at 11:49 (I was in the shower) that they had rescheduled me and I was only going to get one shot. I would have to come back a week later for the other. If I had had a problem with having two shots at once, I can see why they wouldn't do it, but I hadn't for nearly two years. So the only reason I can think of, is that it's all about the money for them. They charge you a substantial fee if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment. Why is it ok for them to completely change my schedule around, 1 hour and 10 minutes before my appointment? By the time I got out of the shower, they were conveniently at lunch. I left a msg with their answering service that I was not coming, nor was I coming back. I also told them that I would NOT be responsible for a cancellation fee since THEY were the ones that rearranged everything last minute. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that's in it to help you, not rob you!

Would give '0' stars if possible. Waited almost 2 hours to see a provider. Feels like an Ortho jiffy lube, they just want you in and out. Provider didn't even take 10 minutes for assessment but I bet they billed insurance as a 30-45 minute new patient assessment. Would not recommend and will not come back.

My husband went here to have his hand examined. Took 3 different times calling just to schedule an appointment. Each time was either put on hold for an endless amount of time to where he just had to hang up and try calling back. Everyone who answered was EXTREMELY rude. His appointment was at 1:20 and didn’t get called back until 2:50!!! This was at the Brooksville location and would NOT recommend coming here what so ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Unreal.

It is INCREDIBLY disrespectful for a doctor to suggest a patient has a brain tumor because he doesnt believe his patient when she says she has pain. I heard and watched her knee pop back into place when the incident occured. But no, lets dismiss the patient's issues instead of trying to help them. I am appalled that a "doctor" would act this way and we will be seeking somewhere else to go for help. Do not get help from Dr. Salinsky, he will not provide any.

I was recommended by Dr Reyher to this outstanding Physical Therapy department. . The therapists are very professional and knowledgeable and I found that their humor helped me get through my exercises.
