This was our 3rd visit and they always take such great care of my parents. They offer all the therapies OT, PT and speech. They even have exercise classes and a therapy gym. They took dad to a class to manage his prescription medications. The case managers worked with our insurance company to help obtain wheelchairs and walkers. They were delivered right to his room! Dr. Salaman the Kaiser MD was wonderful. He even called me when I was home and had missed his visit. The staff are so friendly and really care about the patient and their families. The facility is very clean and inviting. Take a tour check them out. You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely would not recommend this facility. I experienced problems with medications related to the fact that they do not have an in-house pharmacy. Medications were handled in a very unprofessional way. Nurse simply brought in a cup of pills and handed them to me. Seemed unable to tell me what was in there or why I was taking them. It made me uneasy. I was told after I left that there was no record of what happened to left over medication (which I paid for) after I was discharged. My insurance was charged for medication I never received. This also made me uneasy because it looked like I had medications I did not have. Nursing staff (RN’s & CNA’s) were unfriendly. I was very uncomfortable there the first night and wanted to leave. A little bit of kindness would have helped immensely. It was an awful experience and I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone.

It was terrible. We got there to visit my mother-in-law. She is there with a broken hip and wrist and is a fall risk and can’t get out of bed herself. She had pushed her button for the nurses an hour and a half before we arrived because she had to go to the restroom and no one had responded until I got there. I understand there was someone that fell and the paramedics came. But they are understaffed because they have other patients that need assistance. I will be reporting this. I’m a daughter of a cardiac surgeon and understand how things should be run. This was absolutely unacceptable and it’s not the first time that it has happened at this facility to her.

I had my 86 year old mom in here for several weeks for rehabilitation Everyone was great! My mom's rehabilitation went great and she is back in her home. I was very impressed with everyone that works here The Center was very clean Our case worker, Jennifer, was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions I highly recommend The Center at Northridge for any type of rehabilitation

We have had a good experience here. My Mom has been here twice and received wonderful care. The nurses and CNA were attentive and Dr. Bradley is very caring of his patients. I would recommend The Center at Northridge for your loved ones care.

Our experience here was not good. Staff was impatient, snippy, and sometimes inattentive altogether. Furniture was broken and in disrepair. PT was very inconsistent. We worked very hard to get transferred to another facility and couldn’t wait to get out of here. Staff slow-rolled discharge for a couple of days, I guess because they were making money while we were there. Would not recommend this place.

First off I would like to explain. My grandfather has been through the ringer with other rehab facilities but not at Northridge. They helped him push himself and also improve his abilities the entire time he was there and the establishment is well kept clean and truly a rehab solution for elderly folk. Trying to get back to their lives and I'm currently looking forward to booking my grandfather home this Friday after 30 days of being in the center with nothing but improvement and as far as I've seen top notch service. I'd also like to make especially a comment for Ms. Susan in the financial department for being an absolute angel and God's end into my life and my grandfather's life because after the 30 days it had left us out of deficit of funds unable to pay the balance that was due and not only was she willing to discuss payment arrangement or payment plans but she was also outstanding and understanding to our personal and financial struggles. So much so that she saved our day to say the least. I don't want to express what I had happened on our last conversation but it leaves me with hope and also the ability to take care of my grandpa with the limited funds we do have. Thank God for me and Susan at Northridge center.

My sister moved there from Lutheran. She has a broken right femur and right wrist. She has not walked more than a few feet and then only with a walker and assistance. Upon arrival no one came to orient her. A CNA (5’ nothing) came in to assist her going to the lavatory. It was a horrible humiliating experience as the CNA apparently had no idea of her injuries or capabilities. She pulled on her underwear to move her. They could not give her a walker with an arm guide (needed for a fasted arm) until the next day after occ therapy “reviewed”. Her bed is horribly uncomfortable and if something isn’t done I expect we will see bed sores. She is unable to even to move herself on the bed. I asked for her pain meds to be given. It took 2 hours and multiple conversations for that to happen. I am extremely unhappy with her placement t and will speak to Kaiser to Ave her moved.
