The Center at Lowry

My stay at The Center At Lowry has been amazing. The facility is a lot larger than it looks. It's very clean and has a large gym or physical therapist area. All the staff was great. The Doctors, Nurses, and Therapists. Went over and beyond to take care of me for the two weeks I was there. Surprisingly, even the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this rehab center

I would give zero stars if possible. This is my father's second stay at this facility, and it's worse than the last time. Last time was recovering from a fall. This time, it was recovering from a broken leg. He's there to get aid from PT and become more stable before coming home. Twice, he's been left to sit on a bedside commode for over 30 minutes with urine and feces on the floor from the staff improperly placing the pan under the seat. This most recent time, he was left for nearly an hour on the commode. The pan had fallen out, spilling the contents on the floor, and he was in tears. The CNA who he had called in to help him yelled at him. Saying "why are you doing this to me? I have other people I need to take care of, not just you." She then left him there for 30 minutes. His total time on the commode was nearly an hour before my mother showed up because he called her begging for help. The CNA then tried to tell my mother that my father was lying about what happened. He may be elderly but the man is cognizant and fully aware. I will make sure anyone who is involved with this despicable treatment of my father had the proper action taken against. Fired and revocation of their licenses for a start, if not criminal charges. This place is atrocious. If you care about your family member, do not send them here.

This place has been a blessing for my family. My grandma fractured her sacrum and lost ALL of her already limited mobility due to being in recovery in the hospital for two weeks. The difference from her admission date to now is something beyond our wildest dreams!! She’s now using her walker again and her progress is amazing! Staff is SO friendly and patient with her (and us!). The consistency of her care (twice a day) has helped us so much and we will forever be grateful to you all!! Don’t hesitate to come here for you or a loved one. On top of the amazing care from all nurses, CNA’s, therapists, doctors and just everyone who crosses our path, the facility is clean, well-maintained and has excellent food/nutrition accommodations. Daily activities are also so wonderful including BINGO, movies, therapy dog visits and so much more!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my grandmother Linda Kostur. I just want to say thank you to all the staff. My grandmother wanted to recognize miss Agnes the CNA who always made sure she had what she needed. She was very nice and caring. This place made her feel like home and she was sad she had to leave. She hopes to come visit everyone one soon. She also wanted to recognize her PT And OT for getting her stable again to go back home to her kitty.

My husband had two stays at The Center at Lowry, first after a total knee replacement and then following a stroke. Returning the second time, we were welcomed back almost like family. Everyone from the front desk, caregivers, physical therapists, housekeeping, physician's assistant, and executive director went out of their way to provide us with a first-rate experience. The Center is a beautiful facility with an extraordinary team in place. We are grateful to all of you for your care.

Center at Lowry is an exceptional rehabilitation hospital. The staff there is incredible. The Director of Rehab is familiar with every single patient that comes through. And I have never seen case managers who are so invested in the well being of their patients—not just during their time at the facility—but going to great lengths to ensure patients are setup for success upon discharge. There is a huge team of therapists that the patients rave about. I would highly recommend this rehabilitation center.

Do NOT take your loved one or go here yourself!!!! The care is sub par! They are extremely short staffed! They left my mother laying in her own filth! I came in yesterday to find her profusely vomiting and diarrhea. I said to call an ambulance and now she is in the hospital recovering from E. coli!!!

This place is absolutely horrible, my grandmother was neglected, and the staff here absolutely doesn't care. My family tried talking to the center director Stacey love, and all that did was make my grandmother's stay even worse, she pretends to care but really don't. The kitchen staff should be ashamed, sending dirty plates to patients, and sometimes forgetting to feed my grandmother. That is why my family will be seeking legal assistance to file a lawsuit against everyone who's had contact with my grandmotherer. I'm also reaching out to the News station so they can see how this place is Ran. Horrible Horrible experience. Do not trust this place.
