Our mother was a patient there for 10 days released home. We were told by the center that we would have a wheelchair a walker and a toilet seat riser for her. She was 91 years old 24 hours later we still had yet received anything and was unable to move her around as she had a broken pelvis. I wouldn’t put a pet in this facility again, if you care for your loved ones, stay away, I cannot emphasize enough I would give them no stars but the only way I could get this posted was to put one star they will lie. They will tell you lies. Please do not let your loved one go there.

I cannot say enough great things! My great Aunt was in this facility and we were nervous based on previous reviews but my expectations were exceeded above and beyond! The nursing staff was kind, attentive, and made her feel very taken care of. You can tell their management is also extremely on top of all aspects of their facility and it really shows. On top of my Aunt receiving excellent care, the staff really supported my family as we were coming and going to visit. The most important thing to us when deciding where to place her was making sure she was comfortable. She was comfortable and felt at home. Definitely recommend!

Staff is bad. My mom way over dosed the first night in there care and sent back to the hospital. I came to stay the night and pushed the red button several times before someone came in and once the guy came in he said that he didn’t know anything and he would tell the nurse but after a half hr I push the help button again and he said the same thing, an hr later I pushed the button and I told the man to call the ambulance my mom was having problems breathing, her bulb needs changed and there isn’t a nurse here to take care of my mom. In 10 min. A nurse came in and fixed everything.

This is a horrible facility. Dr Douglas is a horrible person. He makes people suffer and not offer anything for it. Or maybe it's just me he treated that way. I received additional injury from one of the CNA'S and Dr. Douglas wouldn't even let me go to the emergency room for it. He said if I left the facility it would be against medical advice. So I cried and suffered for days in pain. I'm still having pain as I speak. I will advise you run, walk, wheel your self away from them. Sarah Thomas is the skilled nurse person is another one to stay away from. I personally don't think she wants her job.

Pouty youngnurse didn't like my complaint so she took an extra hour despite my calls via red nurses button to bring pain meds. When she arrived she refused to look at me or talk to me. Left the room and left the bed prone and my legs hanging off bed.

Please don't leave your loved ones here! I had to wait up to an hour to get help to the bathroom. They came and told me 3 times that they were OUT of my pain meds. The case worker was useless and very rude. They are understaffed and overworked. Please believe all the negative reviews as they are true.

Wow... I’m fairly young and didn’t expect to have to spend time in rehab, so I can only be eternally grateful that my time recovering was spent at The Center at Lincoln! I was on the second floor and my wing was incredibly well maintained in both cleanliness and attentiveness of staff. My nurses were not only friendly, but emotionally supportive, and incredibly professional. I was on a regular schedule of necessary meds, including pain management, which was always well regulated. The CNA‘s were professional and helped with all the things I could no longer do for myself regarding self-care: they assisted with showering, dressing, and all forms of movement that I was unable to accomplish for myself. I was a fall risk and needed regular assistance and by simply pressing the call button I received all the help I needed. My physical therapists and occupational therapists saw me daily and gave me lots of encouragement and strategies for strengthening my body for a return home. As I also had a broken foot, I spent a lot of time in bed, and my meals were delivered in a timely fashion, always delicious, and I was able to choose from a myriad of healthy options. There was not one person on staff who wasn’t kind and friendly to me. I spent almost 3 weeks at the center, and cannot imagine having been treated better anywhere else! If your insurance allows you the option to choose, choose The Center At Lincoln!

My dad come to The Center at Lincoln after surgery and I've been very happy with the care and courtesy the staff has afforded to him. The nurses and staff were kind and understanding, and so attentive to his needs. They checked on him regularly and addressed all of his concerns. Although the food wasn't the best, it was better than my dad expected. I highly suggest this facility for loved ones.
