We have used this facility several times over the years for both short and longer term stays and we are never disappointed in the quality of care and commitment to the patients here! The building is beautiful, pristine, and well-maintained. The staff in all departments are excellent, caring, competent, and make us feel like they truly care about the well-being of our loved one and as a result, we feel safe and secure knowing they are receiving top-notch care! The food is excellent and beyond expectations; my loved one always enjoys the meals served and the kitchen does an excellent job with variety, quality, and portions. I would recommend this place again and again and again and trust them implicitly. We are so very lucky to have a facility of this caliber in the valley! Thank you so much for all you do for the people in your care!!! The Center at Foresight will always be our first choice.

My father was at Foresight after back surgery. First, I would like to commend EVERY staff member at your facility. Everyone was thoughtful, encouraging, caring, professional and tough when needed but empathetic. During his stay we had a traumatic family event. You came together to help us get him everywhere he needed to be and at a moment’s notice. You shared your lives while caring for him. The individual human exchange meant the world to him during a very agonizing time for our family. Your caring and understanding helped him when he was alone and frustrated that he couldn’t be with his family during such a painful time. Please ensure that all staff receive my sincere thanks and gratitude for the excellent care and support given to my father and family.

My elderly father was at the Center for nearly two months for rehab after a short hospital stay. I honestly can't praise this facility enough for the quality of care that he received. From admin staff, to medical and therapy, cleaning and kitchen -- just fabulous quality above and beyond other facilities we have experienced. Their reputation for amazing service certainly preceded our visit, and I will continue to sing their praises to anyone who asks about our experience. Much thanks to all for the quality care you give to your patients and their families!

I spent 2 plus weeks at The Center at Foresight after a very painful spinal fusion surgery. My recovery upon arrival was minimal to nonexistent. I received the best imaginable care there from day one! By the time I left to go home I was in far better condition thanks entirely to the nursing staff, PT therapists and all staff in general. I could not have wished for better care and therapy! My previous experiences with rehab facilities from my dad to my career as a firefighter transporting patients to and from was unpleasant to say the least, therefore I was concerned about the care I might receive. The Center at Foresight is absolutely the best hands down. They treat you like family and do whatever you need to make you well. I have the highest regard for The Center and would highly recommend it.

My Father was in here for about a week and a half before I yanked him out of this place! Staff is extremely uncaring and rude. Busted them being very vulgar to my Father. Came in to my Father's and he was crying many times. Also the nurses are undertrained and was flushing my Father's drains backwards and pushing his infection back in him. My Father is on a very strict time schedule to get better as he has a aggressive cancer and time is not on his side, so he has to heal before he can continue chemo. He can't heal if they are pushing the infection back in him. Please be aware before you put your loved one in here under their care!

The staff and facility were top notch. When my Grandfather had an ankle operation I was concerned about how he would transition back home. Working with Foresight we were able to develop a plan that everyone was comfortable with. He received excellent care and got the therapies he needed. These services allowed him to safely transition back to independent living.

Lousy food, portions are exceptionally small: a slice of bread means 1/3 of a slice, a cup of soup means 1/3 of a cup with one tiny potato floating in it. I was told it was to save money prevent waste. It was glorified garbage. Bring your magnifying glasses to find the food . Great place to lose weight as you get fed baby portions. While I was there I was strapped or tied down, ( supposedly this is a rehabilitation center) a white male nurse named Roger, physically shook me violently and threatened my existence for no reason other than to show he was macho. I landed in the ER and got 3 shots of morphine for the pain he caused.( It was reported to the state I am sure as a fall not as an assault) I reported this, which fell on deaf ears of the management. Management claims they have all local, state and federal regulatory agencies paid off, thus they are exempt from elder abuse laws.I was there March and April of 2022. They do not listen to what the doctors tell them to do. Most of the nurses are very good, but (Roger a R N) stuck out like a nightmare from hell. . The female nurses and aides treated me with dignity. Too bad one male nurse named Roger gave them a bad reputation and Management could care less. Nor did they follow what the urologist ordered for meds. Lousy management creates a large turn over of qualified personnel.
