The Center At Cordera

My grandmother was just discharged from Cordera and we had an amazing time visiting her while she was there. The nursing staff was amazing and we had an issue with her care, but the Director of Nursing took care of it immediately. The case manager was very knowledgeable, she was empathetic with our family, and took care of our needs as we were transferring her a long way back to her home (she was on vacation when she was hurt and was there for over a month). We were very impressed with the nurses and staff as well as the food. Thank you Cordera!

The Center At Cordera has been a pleasant experience from the patient rooms with TV to the meals that are delivered to your room three times a day. On site Physical and Occupational Therapy is provided daily by experienced professional instructors. Skilled Nursing is on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Entertainment and craft projects are available daily provided by a skilled and creative activaties professional. I highly recommend The Center At Cordera for your recovery needs. . Hi

I'm very pleased with the level of care that my wife has received. The staff has been very attentive and friendly. The medical staff has been very good at explaining treatment in terms that are easily understood. All in all a very nice place to recover.

Fantastic facility! I am an employee of The Center at Cordera and really enjoy working here. The facility is clean, has a good leadership team, and patients are happy and well-cared for. Would recommend for my own loved ones to stay here for short-term rehabilitation.

I have never been sick enough for rehab before but the staff here is excellent and have treated me the utmost care. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs care to get better. I think the food is very tasty and if I needed something the staff was more than happy to get it for me. The Center at Cordera was and is an absolute godsend. Thank you to my wonderful care givers!

My grandmother fell multiple times at this facility resulting in injury yet the Director of Nursing (M.G.) refused to arrange for a sitter as requested or move her to a room closer to the nurses station for better monitoring. Her excuse was that she didn’t have enough staff hired to come in as a sitter and it would be too expensive to hire from an outside agency. This is not a safe place. The management cares more about money and profits than the patients well-being or care.

The people at the check-in desk were extremely helpful as I was the first time visitor! When I came back my second time they were just as helpful and very friendly and I felt like they welcomed me. I enjoyed visiting my friend and she seems to be thriving with her physical therapy and occupational therapy at the center.

Our mom was admitted to The Center at Cordera for therapy prior to moving to a LTCF, but within a week she was transitioned to hospice care. She was able to remain at Cordera for her hospice care which we greatly appreciated due to her condition. Throughout the process our mom was cared for with compassion, respect, and dignity by the staff at Cordera and the hospice provider CenterCare. Staff was very attentive to her needs and the needs of our family as well. There seems to be many negative reviews of this facility; however, our experience with The Center at Cordera was a truly positive one under the circumstances. We are very glad our mom could spend her remaining days in a place where she was comfortable, and with staff that we felt truly cared for her.
