I high recommend The Body Mechanics. I've had a lot of physical therapy, and found Janelle better than the others. She truly cares and is very knowledgeable. Janelle is very knowledgeable, and she tailors workouts to your specific needs. She doesn't just give you an exercise and go off to help someone else. You have her individual attention and she stays with you to make to make sure you do each exercise correction with correct posture for the maximum benefit. I saw her for neck, back and hip problems which are much improved. Thank you Janelle for all your help.

Thank you Janelle and Kim for assisting me with my shoulder injury. You designed a tailored plan that outlined the proper exercises to have optimal health and functionality of my shoulder. You both were so encouraging, knowledgeable, and helpful and in sync to ensure that you listened to my goals, designed a treatment plan that was specific to my injury, and shared helpful tips during my sessions. Today I graduated, and will miss working with you both. But I know that I can continue to use the skills that you provided to manage the pain with my bone spur, prior injury of torn muscle, and prayerfully live pain free! I highly recommend the Body Mechanics to anyone who needs physical therapy, as you will be welcomed and treated as family as they design a treatment plan that is right for any injury!! Blessings, Maria Emigh

I want to "Thank" Kim & Janelle for helping me through this bump in my life. Also, I can't forget little Cece for lifting my spirits everytime I had an appointment. I'm stronger now and more knowledgeable on the exercises I need to continue in my exercise routines. Very Respectfully, Tiffany

I did NOT have a good experience with Janelle at Body Mechanics Physical Therapy. On multiple occasions she belittled my anxiety. She also interjected her political opinions during our therapy sessions, which made me uncomfortable. During the 'active range of motion' phase of my surgical protocol she prescribed an inappropriate resisted exercise that resulted in injury. When my wife addressed this issue with her, Janelle responded with hostility and criticized her for even raising the concern. I no longer felt my health and safety were in her best interest. Janelle's refusal to take responsibility, along with her dismissive behavior, broke my trust in her as a healthcare provider.

Janelle, for the safety of patients it's important to be accountable and admit when you make a mistake. When a patient raises safety concerns, it's important to listen and respond with care, rather than reacting defensively and belittling their experience. From one clinician to another, wall push-ups are not an "active range of motion exercise." Nor is it “just like” a submax shoulder isometric or an unweighted active-assisted press. It is a closed-chain resistance exercise that is clinically shown to be roughly 9% of a patient's body weight in resistance. A movement that loads the anterior joint capsule and should be avoided until at least 12 weeks post-op Anterior Bankart Repair (not performed at 7 weeks). Protocols are not "just guidelines" as you tried to argue - they are evidence-based practices required for the safety of surgical patients. It was very disappointing that my reasonable and valid concerns were met with immediate defensiveness, dismissiveness, and doubling down. It was highly unprofessional and frankly unnecessary behavior that I’ve never witnessed in my decade of experience in this field.

Janelle is an amazing physical therapist. She listens and truly understands your concerns. The facility is immaculate and never a wait. She is always punctual and on time. I am so happy that she offers one on one therapy vs the other providers in town who try and see 3 to 4 clients at once. She is able to give you her full attention to make sure your doing things correctly. I highly reccomend this facility.

Thank-you so much Janelle and Kimberly for all your help with all my back problems. I would recommend you to anyone that needs help. When I came in April 2023, I was still relying on using my cane, but now I can walk without it and get stronger every day with simple easy exercises that you have shown me. I am so encouraged at my progress and know that as I continue, I will get stronger. I thank you both for being so caring and understanding with my therapy sessions and also for my husband, Joe's balance problems. Your exceptional knowledge on pinpointing the problem areas and working on those muscles have been such a blessing to me. Sincerely Kay Schaufler

I was in town visiting from LA and looking for a physical therapy place to diagnose and treat some complex symptoms I was having which required a combination of neck strengthening and vertigo treatments. From the moment I spoke with Janelle on the phone, I knew Body Mechanics was the place for me. Janelle was so kind and incredibly patient, especially with someone like me who asks a lot of questions and is very particular about doing all their exercises correctly. I've never had a physical therapist who'd answer my questions via email; Janelle not only did that but got back to me promptly each time. She listened and really cared about making me better. Don't hesitate to visit this gem of a place.
