The Body Mechanics

I had an appointment with Garrett on Friday afternoon for a bad case of tennis elbow. And I just wanted to tell him thank you so much for helping me out. I left there completely pain free and was able to play in my Pickleball tournament on Saturday. Before the massage I was not even sure I would be able to play at all and I ended up playing all of the games pain free. I I will definitely be back! I have referred two people to him over the weekend. I am hoping they come in and get great results too.

This is a great massage facility! The entire staff is super nice and very professional. They listen when you tell them what issues you may be having and even have suggested some additional alternative therapies to assist with managing a chronic illness. Thanks Chelsa and team!

The staff is very friendly, warm and fun! I needed work done in specific areas that were due to injuries. Brittney pays close attention and listens to your concerns, and she did such a wonderful job working on those areas with great precision, care and thoughtfulness. She is very careful not to over treat an injured area and she re-adjusts her treatments each visit based on your personal progress around and in the affected/problem areas. I highly recommend Brittney and the body mechanics for their high-quality service.

I was having pain from muscle spasms and tightness in my back. Kaylee was awesome! She really helped my back and was very nice and professional. I will be returning.

I was amazed at how Garrett was able to rid me of my neck pain on my left side in just one visit with no deep tissue pain. I have already set up an appt for next week to continue to the process of feeling better and getting my muscles to relax.
