The Blossoms at White River Rehab & Nursing Center

Have worked here in total 4 years, leaving and coming back. I came back because St. Michael's Place has a strong family vibe and I missed working in that environment. Residents and staff combined promote this feeling. Most everyone works as a team, and its very obvious when you enter our doors that we're all here for the residents. They honestly make our world go round and it shows.

My best friend recently entered St Michael's at the very end stage of her life as a hospice patient. Although it was difficult the staff made an awful situation bearable. They took good care of her and when I had to work or needed some rest I took comfort in the fact she was being looked after by staff that truly cared. I'm so glad we chose this nursing home .

Due to the neglect my god mother received from staying at St. Michael's Place, Newport, Arkansas my god mother passed away. Nothing will ever bring her back or change. She went in for rehabilitation and came out with phenomena, bed sores, abscess on her foot, and due to the neglect bad circulation in her legs which lead to a blood clot that took her life. Of course St. Michael's will never have to pay for their wrong doings but, please think twice before sending your loved one here. God Bless

April administrator is rude also the DON. No wonder why this facility got 1 star rating from Medicare Website. Do not go here!!!
