The Blossoms?! More like The Wilted! This place is a joke and a disgrace. My mom went to recover after surgery and my sister had to bust her out of that place. Thankfully she was only there for a day. The experience was terrible. The nurses don’t care and the facility was run down.

I was a student on March 13 and 14. The experience was not that good. The nursing home was not professional. One of the cna’s on A hall threw things on the floor, trying to throw diapers in the trash and it missed the trash. So unsanitary! Another cna on the C hall, she has a colored bob. She was gone 75% of the shift. How unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend this nursing home. EW!

I tried to look over the physical condition of the building. That was my first mistake. If it looks like a bad place, it probably is. I took my mother there for rehab after COVID. She was to be there for one week to build her strength back up. She simply wasn't steady on her feet. By the third day she was talking funny on the phone. I went to see her and she could no longer hold her head up or talk beyond a whisper. I asked the nurse about the medications. The nurse said that they only prescribe what their exam determined. SHE WAS LYING!!! They gave her everything she had listed for medications. They had given her pain meds, dementia meds, depression meds, diabetes meds, cardiac meds, psychosis meds and probably the red and blue tablet from the Matrix. I had them call an ambulance to take her to the hospital. After four days of detox in St. Vincent, she is back to being normal but still needs a little strength building from any rehab other than the Blossoms. We walked in the Springs Rehab on Bowman, and that made me realize how stupid I was for looking over the condition of the building. The moral of the story is, if you want to kill a relative, send them to the Blossoms in North Little Rock.

There are so many issues there. I am so very disappointed. I truly had high hopes. The day staff is amazing. The overnight and weekends are HORRIBLE. I am so upset. I've tried my.best to not make a full complaint that might affect someone's job and livelihood- but this is my loved one. I am literally sick with it right now. The simplest thing? Have someone answer the phone so that if there is an urgent situation in which a loved one has to call their family members- It can at least be addressed.

Place is in some serious need of upkeep and cleaning. Comments are currently strictly to the state of the building and not the staff. UPDATE: On top of the state of the building the facility incorrectly informed the Hospice company that my family member had passed so we got the call of the news. A little over an hour later they called to tell us it was a mistake and they had her confused with another resident.

This facility is a blessing North of Little Rock and the Arkansas River. The staff are very caring and have been placed in positions where they can demonstrate and excel by sharing their given talents. From Dietary, HK & Laundry to Social, Business Office Manager to the Administrator- this staff cares about their residents and all of their families. Cindi - the Administrator - has years of experience in Long Term Care and she will always meet you with a kind word and a smile. Her team and our Rehab Team - Reliant - will do the same. It's a joy to see such love and devotion at this facility. Thank all of you for a great job! Keep up the good work. B. Barber, Little Rock, AR.
