The Blossoms at Mountain View Rehab & Nursing Center

Unfortunately, my wife is there now for re-hab. According to her, she's already been accused of things she swears never happened. No contact from them to me about any irregularities. One of my first visits I was told I could take her outside to smoke, etc. No problem. Today I was rudely told I had to sign her out if I wanted to take her outside. I said I never had to sign her out before and they should "all" have to follow the rules if that was the case. I was informed that she didn't care what happened before, I had to follow the rules. No problem, but why doesn't everyone have to follow the rules? Again, don't care...while she was on duty, I would. She Called her boss, I guess, who informed me she was just doing her job. Again, no problem as long as "everyone" does their job and follows the rules.

Visited my Uncle there today, who is a recent resident. I found the facility clean, the staff helpful, and visitor protocols were explained adequately. However, I was surprised to find no handicap sidewalk at the main entrance! There are about 20 steps to take, which was difficult for my 90 year old Mother, who was also visiting. I think this may be an ADA issue. Management should have this fixed.

The staff is always friendly and so willing to help. I love seeing all of their smiling faces when I visit my family. The building always looks so good and smells nice.

Really nice and caring people here. Called to set up a tour for my Cousin a few weeks ago and we loved it. They have really nice accommodations and a really sweet staff. They really helped walk us through the process we are so glad to have found such a wonderful place for our Susie B.

I have attempted to phone my sister there several times and got ring, no answer ftrom the main number for nearly an hour. I think this is inexcusable.
